The open living room features wood floors throughout, floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the view, a natural stone wood burning fireplace, large flat screen smart TV with cable and Blu-Ray player, as well as complementary internet.  The dining area has table and chairs for a meal or family game night.  The kitchen has beautiful upgrades with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher.  The covered back deck has a propane grill.  This Big Bear Cabin has large front deck is the perfect place for sitting back and enjoying the sunset over the mountains.

Down the main floor hall is a full bathroom, stacked washer and dryer, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunk bed and twin with a trundle.  Upstairs in the loft is a Foosball table, smart TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom.  The spacious, private master bedroom has a king bed and futon for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a smart TV with cable and DVD player. The perfect Big Bear Cabin for your group.

Note: Stairs to front door.  Always bring chains during winter months as roads in Moonridge can be slick with ice and snow. The blinds in living room do not open.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
