For fans of Commissioner Dupin, his landmark is right under your windows ... The apartment is completely new, renovated in 2017, and you will be one of the first tenants.
To come to Concarneau:
the apartment is accessible on foot: taxi station and SNCF bus station 2 steps away,
During your stay, you can do everything on foot: beaches, walks, boarding for the Glénan Islands, bus for Pont-Aven, ... and all the amenities are at your door ...

Appartement magnifique et bien situé

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Ort und einer wundervollen Gegend.

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen und gibt gute Insider-Tipps bezüglich Essen und Trinken. Nur zu empfehlen und jederzeit gerne wieder

Très certainement l'un des meilleures emplacements du centre-ville ! La vue sur le port de plaisance et la Ville-Close est tout à fait exceptionnelle ; on aperçoit même la plage du Cabellou au loin. Une grande pièce à vivre très joliment décorée et baignée de lumière. Un autre atout majeur : il existe un accès à l'extérieur via le balcon en façade; on aime y passer du temps à observer les gens se promener sur la place pavée, juste en contrebas ; c'est aussi là que le marché s'installe les Vendredi et Lundi matin. Que dire d'autre, sinon que pour les fins gourmets et les adeptes des petits-déjeuners à l'extérieur les Halles et les terrasses de café sont à deux pas. L'appartement est néanmoins très au calme, n'ayez aucune inquiétude à ce sujet. Quelques amis sont venus me rendre visite pendant mon séjour et je dois dire qu'ils sont un certain nombre à avoir retenu l'adresse ! Vraiment, j'y ai passé un très bon moment ; je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Emplacement parfait et très bon accueil

L'appartement est parfaitement situé à quelques pas de la ville close et des halles. Il est très propre et agréable, et l'accueil de Gaëlle est très chaleureux. Le quartier est animé en été (marchés, brocantes...), mais la rénovation de qualité permet de rester au calme. Nous conseillons vivement de réserver le parking proposé en option durant la saison estivale. A recommander !

Grandioser Blick aus einer grandiosen Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig. Im 2. Stock gelegen hat man einen eindrucksvollen Blick auf den zentralen Marktplatz. Zum berühmten Restaurant L‘Amiral schaut man nur hinunter. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und liebevoll im Detail. Man fühlt sich in der Wohnung schon bei der Ankunft sehr wohl. Von dort aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung starten. Die Küchenausstattung und die direkte Nachbarschaft zu der Markthalle lädt aber sehr zum Kochen ein 👍👍👍

Un bel endroit

Un accueil chaleureux, avec l'impression d'arriver chez des amis. La propriétaire, excellente ambassadrice de sa région, prodigue de très bons conseils de visites et de bonnes tables. Un appartement idéalement situé au cœur de la ville, refait à neuf, très lumineux, à la décoration soignée avec une belle pièce à vivre et une vue imprenable sur le port et la ville close. Juste quelques aménagements à finaliser, mais une adresse à conseiller, nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir.

Helle, freundliche Wohnung in Concarneau

Schöne helle Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Promenade, den Yachthafen und die Festungsstadt. Kostenloser, gesicherter Parkplatz.Gut eingerichtete offene Küche. Geschäfte, Markthalle (nebenan) und Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Strände sind auch gut zu erreichen. Internationale Zeitungen im Haus. Für Anhänger der Bannalec Krimis: Wohnung liegt neben dem Cafe/Restaurant L'Amiral , das Kommissar Dupin häufig frequentiert. Sympathische Wohnungsbesitzerin, die einem viele hilfreiche Tipps gibt, die den Urlaub erleichtern .
