House-chalet, charming with large covered terrace: 4 bedrooms, 1 on a mezzanine, with beautiful views of the mountains and the castle of Menthon. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with a sink. 2 bedrooms open onto a large balcony with a bench facing east to the mountains, the 3rd bedroom has a dominant view of the old hamlet and a small view of the lake. Bathroom with toilet at the same level. Large living room stone and wood, with fireplace and doors -glass windows opening widely on the terrace; large terrace sheltered from the sun or the rain by a large overflowing roof, house left at the complete disposal of the travelers

Une semaine très agréable autour du lac d'Annecy

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances autour du lac au mois d'août. La maison est très bien située pour aller se baigner vers le lac (5min en voiture) et elle est sur le chemin de nombreuses randonnées. J'ai particulièrement aimé l'architecture de la maison construite dans les 60s avec des superbes baies vitrées dans la pièce principale et les toits filants au dessus de la terrasse. Les espaces extérieurs sont superbes également. Le petit bémol est la cuisine un peu ancienne et petite dès qu'on veut cuisiner à plusieurs.

Enttäuschung

Wir waren über Sylvester zu 6 für eine Woche in Echarvines und haben ein nicht geputztes bzw. nicht vorbereitetes Haus vorgefunden, das auch z.T. nicht den Fotos entspricht! Das 4. Schlafzimmer war ausgestattet mit einer total durchgelegenen Matratze und die 2. Toilette und Dusche im Kellergeschoss nur über einen Weg durch den Garten erreichbar, die Küche ist in keinem guten Zustand. Uns wurde die Endreinigung zurückerstattet, aber nicht der Aufwand des Putzens und Aufräumens am Anreisetag vergütet, was wir sehr enttäuschend fanden. Das Haus als solches ist sehr schön und liegt sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, aber der Zustand des Hauses entspricht aus unserer Sicht auf keinen Fall dem Preis.

Séjour agréable mais...

Séjour agréable, la propriété est idéalement située entre Menthon et Talloire. Quelques points de vigilance sont à noter : un fil était dénudé dans le salon, le lit parapluie était vieillissant (une des sécurité à cédée), nous avons du éponger sous le frigo tout au long de notre séjour. La maison n'est pas grande mais fonctionnelle (séjour à 2 couples et 3 enfants).

Un havre de paix d'où rayonner partout autour du lac

Propriété très agréable, bien équipée, située entre lac et montagnes, un peu éloignée des premières plages mais à partir de laquelle on peut rayonner, vaquant à de multiples activités de loisirs, propices pour un séjour impliquant dans notre cas, trois générations. Accueil très cordial, à distance, de la propriétaire, en toute confiance. Idem pour la personne chargée de l'entrée, de la sortie et du service.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, avons apprécié maison, jardin, et environs

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, avons apprécié maison, jardin, et environs. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, le jardin est magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes et le lac. A 1’ de superbes balades en famille sur le roc de Chère et a 5’ des plages en voiture.
