Excellent well equipped apartment in beautiful location

Large apartment with balcony. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Only one toilet but a washing machine which was handy. The kitchen was a good size and included a dishwasher. Nice balcony with table to eat. Easy walk to lakeside. Parking was easy to use and plentiful.

Great Apartment!

The apartment is in a great location. 10 mins walk from the lake in the center of the village close to all the amenities and a few restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious and it didn't feel like there was 8 guests especially with 3 teenagers and a 6yr old. They loved the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked 3 times and the kids even baked a cake it was so well equipped! The wifi was good and there are lots of games for the children. The Apartment was very clean.

FORMIDABLE !

1er sejour en famille prÚs du lac d'Annecy. Emplacement magnifique, acces au lac par un petit sentier, appartement tres soigné. A recommander Ps. On a aimé le carillon de l'église.

TrÚs bien situé et équipé!

Nous avons passĂ© une belle semaine dans cet appartement. Super Ă©quipe avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, vue sur le chĂąteau et le lac de la chambre en haut. VĂ©ronique Ă©tait trĂšs rapide pour nous rĂ©pondre. Les cloches de l’église ne nous ont pas dĂ©rangĂ© car on se levait tĂŽt pour aller skier Ă  La Clusaz. Le seul bĂ©mol est l’odeur trĂšs forte de cigare/cigarette dans l’escalier qui parfois remonte dans l’appartement. Merci pour la bonne communication. â˜ș

Urlaub am See

Der Aufenthalt in Menthon St. Bernard war ausgezeichnet. Ein sehr schöner Ort, der nicht nur aus Urlaubern besteht. Hier leben noch Einheimische, was sehr angenehm ist. BĂ€cker und Lebensmittel um die Ecke, eine tolle, großzĂŒgige Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann das das Schlafzimmer Richtung Hauptstraß ausgerichtet ist. Es war aber durchaus ertrĂ€glich. Der Weg zum See war mit 800m schnell zurĂŒckgelegt, Hafenbereich und Strand / Seebad sehr schön und Wanderungen durch die Berge in unmittelbarer NĂ€he kein Problem. Man kann alles machen, ohne lange Anfahrten, das ist prima. Absolute Empfehlungen das Restaurant L'osmose im Ort sowie die Ausstellung von Bungalow Graphics in Annecy (Werke von Charlie Adams). Rundum sehr empfehlenswert

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen oder Radfahren gut geeignet und liegt im Zentrum des Dorfes. Eine schöne Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, der Kontakt problemlos.

Superbe appartement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux et trÚs bien équipé. Tout est prévu pour réjouir petits et grands, et faciliter le quotidien. L'appartement est en outre trÚs bien situé, à deux pas de tous les commerces et au pied des transports en commun pour rejoindre Annecy ou les différentes plages du Lac. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Séjour trÚs réussi

Nous Ă©tions une famille avec enfants dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ© et surtout trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  20m d’un boucher, 50m du boulanger et d’un petit supermarchĂ© ! Le port de Menthon est Ă  10min Ă  pieds. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter cette location.

Cycling trip

Excellent property in a perfect location for cycling or spending time by the lake. Supermarket , pizza restaurant and cake shop within 30 metres. Only thing it lacked was parking but plenty of room about 100 metres away

Belle location

TrÚs belle location avec une vue sur les montagnes de chaque cÎté et sur les étoiles de la chambre du haut. Nous avons un accÚs privilégié à tous les commerces et lac accessible à pieds. Seul point négatif : les escaliers étroits pour accéder à la location, mon fils y a fait une belle chute ^^

Appartement trÚs bien entretenu et emplacement idéal ! TrÚs spacieux et agréable. Juste à noter que c'est collé à l'église qui sonne des 7h du matin :) Mais cela a son charme et nous recommandons vivement ce petit bijou !
