Excellent well equipped apartment in beautiful location

Large apartment with balcony. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Only one toilet but a washing machine which was handy. The kitchen was a good size and included a dishwasher. Nice balcony with table to eat. Easy walk to lakeside. Parking was easy to use and plentiful.

The apartment is in a great location. 10 mins walk from the lake in the center of the village close to all the amenities and a few restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious and it didn't feel like there was 8 guests especially with 3 teenagers and a 6yr old. They loved the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked 3 times and the kids even baked a cake it was so well equipped! The wifi was good and there are lots of games for the children. The Apartment was very clean.

Très bien situé et équipé!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement. Super équipe avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, vue sur le château et le lac de la chambre en haut. Véronique était très rapide pour nous répondre. Les cloches de l’église ne nous ont pas dérangé car on se levait tôt pour aller skier à La Clusaz. Le seul bémol est l’odeur très forte de cigare/cigarette dans l’escalier qui parfois remonte dans l’appartement. Merci pour la bonne communication. ☺️

Der Aufenthalt in Menthon St. Bernard war ausgezeichnet. Ein sehr schöner Ort, der nicht nur aus Urlaubern besteht. Hier leben noch Einheimische, was sehr angenehm ist. Bäcker und Lebensmittel um die Ecke, eine tolle, großzügige Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann das das Schlafzimmer Richtung Hauptstraß ausgerichtet ist. Es war aber durchaus erträglich. Der Weg zum See war mit 800m schnell zurückgelegt, Hafenbereich und Strand / Seebad sehr schön und Wanderungen durch die Berge in unmittelbarer Nähe kein Problem. Man kann alles machen, ohne lange Anfahrten, das ist prima. Absolute Empfehlungen das Restaurant L'osmose im Ort sowie die Ausstellung von Bungalow Graphics in Annecy (Werke von Charlie Adams). Rundum sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radfahren gut geeignet und liegt im Zentrum des Dorfes. Eine schöne Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, der Kontakt problemlos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Tout est prévu pour réjouir petits et grands, et faciliter le quotidien. L'appartement est en outre très bien situé, à deux pas de tous les commerces et au pied des transports en commun pour rejoindre Annecy ou les différentes plages du Lac. Séjour très réussi

Nous étions une famille avec enfants dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Il est très bien équipé et aménagé et surtout très bien situé à 20m d’un boucher, 50m du boulanger et d’un petit supermarché ! Le port de Menthon est à 10min à pieds. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Cycling trip

Excellent property in a perfect location for cycling or spending time by the lake. Supermarket , pizza restaurant and cake shop within 30 metres. Only thing it lacked was parking but plenty of room about 100 metres away

Très belle location avec une vue sur les montagnes de chaque côté et sur les étoiles de la chambre du haut. Nous avons un accès privilégié à tous les commerces et lac accessible à pieds. Seul point négatif : les escaliers étroits pour accéder à la location, mon fils y a fait une belle chute ^^

Appartement très bien entretenu et emplacement idéal ! Très spacieux et agréable. Juste à noter que c'est collé à l'église qui sonne des 7h du matin :) Mais cela a son charme et nous recommandons vivement ce petit bijou !
