I will answer all of your noted complaints: A WHATS APP CONVERSATION: July 2 arrival, private plane, day you asked me for "MUFFIN TINS and/or Baking Dishes " 8:58pm I answered immediately " No Muffin Pans but a glass Pyrex can dish 13 x 8 in lower cabinets"9:02pm Guest Betsy: you said house was DARK and OLD. AGENT ME: Everytime I went to EXUMA VILLA you always had the darken drapes over the 12 foot sliding doors!? WHY? GUEST: Betsy Ginn: "No worries- are at Shirley's tonight-so yummy" 9:04PM Agent me: said"Fantastic"9:04PM Betsy Ginn: same night 9:04PM "are there lights in the Pool or just on the porch"? 9:04PM Agent me: "Floodlights on lower deck shine towards the pool, no lites in Pool" 9:05PM Betsy Ginn: "OK thank you" 9:06PM Next Morning July 3 Betsy G: "Trying to find TRASH Bags"9:54AM Agent Me: Morning, Under sink right side" 9:55AM Guest: "OK Thanks" 10:03AM July 4, Betsy G: "Are there any Pool Floats here" 4:18PM Agent Me: "You can try Top to Bottom, right passed the Gas Station in Town or Darville Lumber or Browns Marina" and I gave directions to 3 places 4:51PM Guest "NO ANSWER" July 5th Betsy G: "trying to make an appointment for 5 day Covid test return to States. How can I call the Medical Place? Can I call through WHATS APP?" 9:09AM Agent Me:" Just go there to make appt ..across from Peace and Plenty ." 9:11AM GUEST : "OK 9:12AM" AGENT ME: SENT PICTURES OF THE TESTING SITE BUILDING 9:13AM GUEST BETSY GINN; "They mention making an appt do i need to do the or just walk in?" 9:18AM AGENT ME: "The Covid Center is put in place bu the Government and didnt give a number..there is also a Dr. Rolle in town but you will have to drive down town to make the appt" 9:21AM Guest Betsy G: So go to the Medical:? 9:27AM AGENT ME:"thats where I would go, but its up to you" 9:30AM GUEST BETSY Ginn: Yes ok So should they just walk up tomorrow or do I need to drive there to make an appt for tomorrow" 9:30AM AGENT ME: "you can walk up.... if you feel more comfortable drive down and check it out" 9:32AM JULY 5 BETSY GINN: aLSO MASTER TOILET IS RUNNING CONSTANTLY..the chain broke now it wont flush!" 9:35AM Agent Me:" Ok Ill be right up to fix it" 9:38AM GUEST BETSY G: "My daughter and I are here, my husband was adjusting the float in the toilet tank" 9:41AM I WENT UP TO FIX THE CHAIN AND NOTICED THAT THE DARKENING DRAPS WERE PULLED OVER THE 12 FT SLIDING DOORS..BOTH TIME I WAS THERE.! Agent Me: Hi Just went by the Doctor offices big line..Med Clinic had 1 person" 10:42AM GUEST BETSY G 'So go to the Medical Clinic" 10:43PM AGENT ME: "PLUMBER CAN NOT GET HERE TODAY BUT CAN TOMORROW" both toilets were always working! GUEST BETSY "OK" 11:07AM AGENT ME: I found some FLOATIES , I'll put air in to see if it holds..if so I will put in pool for you." (but air did not hold) GUEST BETSY G 11:14AM "OK, I CANT GET the washer to come on? Is the Water turned off? We washed yesterday and it was fine? Oh it just came on" 11:30AM Agent Me: " Ok 11:32AM I won't go on any longer but the WHATS APP QUESTIONS DAILY STARTED MAY 31. 2021..AND this is how we immediately take care of all our guests with prompt attention and caring actions....Plumber came.. The DARK DECOR was was delivered Feb 2020. WASHER/CLOTHES LINE IS ADVERTISED! GUEST BETSY: CAMERAS EVERYWHERE: There are 2 SECURITY CAMERAS BOTH FACING THE DRIVE WAY and the ROAD only! In order for us to keep our summer rates at ($192.85 per night for summer up to 6 people + final cleaning) and still offering the free car and a low cost for the boat rental, we need to also remind our guests to turn off the air conditioning when your not at home and turn it back on when your home...We want everyone renting for the summer months to be able to enjoy the same low weekly rate that your paid and still have a free car and a low rate boat rental of $100.00 per day.
