Stay with us for 4 nights or more, a free day's rental boat is on us! Your own private boat at your own dock!

Oversized oceanfront 2880 square feet Villa with 3 large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms plus half bath. Expansive wrap-around terraces and balconies with 360' views of the turquoise water. One of the few villas with amazing views east to west of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Crab Key and the February Point marina. Private Gazebo and dock that can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat. Relax on the verandas with lounge chairs, cook your fresh catch on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor entertaining and soaking in the stunning views. Natural stone tile and wood floors throughout, Exuma Dream'n is professionally and tropically decorated and maintains all of the amenities of a 5-star resort.

The main level includes a fully stocked modern open concept kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining room table for 8, and breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving pieces for cooking and entertaining. The large open dining room and living room have ample seating and include a couch, chairs, and lounge chair with ottoman. Main level also includes a half bath and laundry room with a brand new full-size stand-alone washer/dryer.

Second floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to be used as a King. The second bedroom has a King size bed. Bedrooms include jacuzzi tubs and seamless glass showers.

Top floor features a private, oversized Master's Suite with King size bed and luxurious Master bath. Over-sized hurricane impact sliding doors open to the veranda with breathtaking views. The huge master bath includes a jacuzzi bathtub, double pedestal sinks, shower with high-pressure water fixtures and toilet.

Home away from home

Upon arrival check in was very smooth and welcoming. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The views from every level are unmatched. Sitting on the doc with your morning coffee, while turtles swim by below your feet is such a beautiful way to start the day. The House was inviting, clean and well appointed. The hosts and care takers were all very easy and friendly.

Everything we needed!

The house was amazing to see the beautiful water and we kept our boat on the dock! The entire neighborhood staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved having the Rusty Anchor to walk to for dinner and an afternoon dip in the pool!! Overall a perfect place for our party of 5!

Property is fabulous! The Master Suite on the top floor has spectacular views. House is very spacious and equipped with anything you may need. Great location near Georgetown. There are a lot of steps/stairs for those that may be impaired.

Heaven on Earth

We didn’t want to leave! This is a perfect space for a family or group traveling together. Beds and bathrooms were comfy and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed to store and prepare food - we did breakfast at home but all the restaurants are excellent as well. We loved swimming off the dock and the convenience of being able to tie up for pick ups and drop offs with the boat we rented. The host was A+ to work with. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

This was our first trip to Exuma and we found February Point to be the perfect location! The villa is exactly as described in the listing and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own private bath in addition to a half bath on the main floor. The views from everywhere in the villa were simply amazing! Having a dock right at the villa for our rental boat was very convenient. We never lost power, but lost water one day due to a community-wide issue which was resolved quickly. The February Point community is very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this location and villa!

Perfect location in paradise!

We had a lovely stay at Lauri and Randy's fabulous February Point Villa. The views of the marina every morning were just breathtaking with the beach just steps away. The Villa is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we could need. The welcome information that Lauri and Randy have put together was so helpful including things to do, places to eat, where to shop etc. etc. I am keeping a copy for future visits! We rented boats from Mim's and had a perfect day exploring the sandbars and bars in Elizabeth Harbor. We ate great dinners based on their information... especially at Santanna's just pass the Tropic of Cancer beach. (A must-visit.). Lauri and Randy were the perfect hosts checking in and providing great recommendations. We would definitely return again -- hopefully soon!

Pretty Spot - A/C Issues

The home itself is lovely and well-appointed. Nice location but you will definitely want to rent a car to get to town and around the island. The A/C is controlled via NEST by the owners and set to a low of 70 degrees. It is also on a motion sensor. So during the day, while you're out, the house (especially the upper floors) are warming in to the mid-90s and the A/C struggles to get it back down to 70. Homeowners said it was to prevent damage to the unit however, the extreme variation in temps caused it to freeze up several times. If you like to eat, relax or sleep at less than 70 degrees; this is not the spot for you.

Amazing Stay!

The house is everything you could ask for! We loved everything about it! It’s perfect for gathering, yet everyone has their privacy. Lauri was so great, answering anytime we had questions. The people at the security booth were always so nice and helpful, too!! The only suggestions we have, as people who travel frequently and stay in lots of VRBO rentals, we kept looking for more instruction for checkout, we didn’t know exactly what we were supposed to do. We also love a guest book to see what suggestions other guests have had from their stays. Otherwise, it was perfect!! We rented a boat and kept it at the dock, which was a dream. We also saw turtles, a couple sharks, and starfish right off the dock. Thank you so much for sharing your home! We will be back!!

Great week in Exuma!

The property was set up great for our trip, which we spent on the water exploring all the islands, beaches and reefs nearby. There was tons of space for our group with an open floorplan on the first floor for gathering, large porch overlooking the water and small marina, and bedrooms (each with private baths) on the second and third floor. The third floor with private master was huge and had a spacious bathroom and private balcony overlooking the water. The views from all the porches were incredible! The property was well equipped and the kitchen well stocked for preparing meals. We used the grill a couple of the nights as well. Our kids had a great time on the dock and enjoyed swimming with turtles that frequent the area. The property is in a great location--central part of the island and a short drive to the grocery/liquor store and other shops/restaurants in Georgetown. February Point has great amenities and the pool was a very short walk. The restaurant on site has excellent food and bar service. Luari was very helpful and responsive to questions when we booked and provided great information before check in. She made everything easy and we had a wonderful stay.

A few issues

We asked for an early check-in of 1:30 pm and did not get into the property until 4:30 pm. Our second night there, we had no propane for the grill and had to wait over an hour for delivery. That night our water went out at 7pm and did not return until 10:00 am the following morning….could not wash dishes, take showers or flush toilets and were awakened at 1am as the hot water heater had a piercing noise(we flipped the breaker on it). As a VRBO owner myself, I know issues can happen, but after I communicated all our problems,she offered no comp, and was defensive. After I had to ask for comp, she finally offered a minimal amount. This property is in an absolutely world class location and has stunning views from all rooms in the condo, but the kitchen needs some help. The pots and pans were in poor condition, as the Teflon was so scratched that it is really not safe for anyone. Please acquire a knife sharpener so that guests can sharpen the knives. There are only one or two plates that do not have big chips in them and almost all the glasses are plastic. There are 6 wines glasses…..none that match! The deficiencies could be fixed very easily by the owner visiting her property or paying someone to keep everything in good condition. The on-site property folks were terrific (they had to come almost every day to reset the air-conditioner?), but they stated that they are not responsible for the condition of the contents of the property.

Great location and view

This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit.

Perfect Vacation!

Exuma Dreamin was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was nice and clean with amazing views from the many porches. We swam with sea turtles and touched starfish right off the dock. The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!

Turning 50

Never could we have imagined so many ever changing shades of blue as what we saw in the waters at Exuma Photos do not do them justice, you need to see them in person. The house was perfect for our needs. It made turning 50 not so bad. Our day exploring on the boat was by far our favorite day.

Amazing Location with Stunning Views

Exuma is one of our favorite islands to visit. The people are so friendly and the environment is so relaxed. The villa was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. We loved to sit on the balconies and drink our morning coffee or sit and have a night cap. We used the dock for our boat rental making it very easy to go to Stocking Island. We will definitely return to Exuma and this Villa.
