Highly recommend this property. It is in a very quiet- clean- secure area. The owners are on site and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. This is an extremely dog friendly area and even though it’s mostly residents and not a lot of vacation renters everyone seems to be really friendly and helpful.

Peaceful stay

The location is perfect. You can walk the tree covered paths and feel you are walking through a jungle or head to the beach which felt so private.

Great location & dog friendly

Had to get away for a short weekend with my pups. Beautiful condo with perfect location. The property is very dog friendly with lots of walking paths throughout.

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time visiting the property at Sea Dunes. Just as before, the condo was equipped with every amenity needed for a stay at the beach! We brought our small dog and there were even toys for him!

A Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The Plantation is a beautiful setting, and this condo is Sea Dunes is beautiful! It was the perfect place for our family of 4! Everything in it is very nice and the accessibility to the beach is amazing! I hope to be back next year!
