This fabulous 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom modern farmhouse is centrally located in the covenant of Rancho Santa Fe. Built in 2012, this 6300 square foot gated estate exudes warmth & charm. This home has a wonderful flow and is perfect for families who want to enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living. The home features private and beautiful grounds complete with salt water pool and spa, covered outdoor entertaining area with fireplace, built in BBQ, trampoline, and lush grass areas, surrounded by a professionally maintained citrus grove. This home has it all for active families, including a large game room with television with surround sound, ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball, outdoor sport court, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, and exercise room with Peloton bike. It is also has direct access to the extensive walking/hiking trail system that runs throughout the community.

The kitchen is fully stocked with with appliances and utensils. If you're wondering if we have something - just ask!

The home comfortably sleeps 12 people. One wing of the home features the master bedroom with fireplace and spa-like bath, and two (2) en suite guest bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and bunk beds). Another en suite guest room with queen bed is located in the other wing of the home. The lower level contains an additional en suite guest room with queen bed.

Centrally located with easy access to world-class restaurants, golf and beaches. Minutes from: Del Mar Race Track, Surf Cup Sports Park, the beaches of Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas, Torrey Pines, Horse Trails, Hiking, Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and La Jolla Shores.

Great property and host

Spent a week at this property with our family which included 2 small children. Super great layout for kids, with lots of kid friendly toys/things for them to play with. Communication with host was great and checking in/out seamless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, top class!!

This home was amazing! Drew and Kim were communicative and had everything we could need. The ranch style layout and huge outdoor areas gave everyone plenty of room.Our kids picked fresh lemons and oranges, jumped on the trampoline, swam, played ping pong and volleyball, and my wife and I got to relax.I’ve stayed at several other VRBOs in Rancho Santa Fe and this was by far the best. We will definitely return!

Amazing, fantastic house

This is our second time renting this home and the hosts and home are amazing! Five adults and three teenagers stayed in this home and we all had plenty of space. This home truly has everything for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to cook. The place is nearby to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Truly a gem!

Rancho Santa Fe Luxury Farmhouse

This is a wonderful property with a very responsive host. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and had all equipment for meal preparation. We ate most of our meals outside as the weather was perfect. The property has a pool, trampoline, lots of sports and beach equipment for kids and adults. We were three families and all had separate, quiet sleeping areas plus the property was large and restful. We would highly recommend it to other multigenerational families.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. We stayed during Thanksgiving and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare, cook and serve dinner — beyond our expectations. The entire property was perfect for our family (hiking, swimming. trampoline, outdoor fires, lemon picking, tiki toss, and on and on). The rental is so thoughtful in terms of flow and organization. Kim was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to help us organize our stay. I cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing property!

The house is wonderful! My husband and three kids recently stayed at this property and it was amazing. My kids loved the pool, trampoline, and the little hideaway under the stairs filled with stuffed animals and beanbags, but especially loved the arts and crafts room! Kim had left us a folder with all the information we needed not only about the house, but surrounding area and restaurants, which was very helpful come dinner time with three hungry kids! The house itself is In wonderful condition, and every detail is thought out beautifully. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home! We will definitely be back!

Always Amazing!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The house remains immaculate — extremely clean, organized and thoughtful. Everything we needed was already there! My three kids have a blast swimming, hiking, jumping on the trampoline, playing basketball, ….! The adults enjoyed grilling out and sitting outside near the fireplace. We also worked with an amazing local chef, Hunter, to celebrate a birthday! We’re always impressed with Kim and this fabulous house! Thank you for another memorable trip!

Lovely Home

The property was as promised! Spacious, well appointed lovely home with plenty of space for 3 families. The 6 kids loved the play room with ping pong, games, sound system and Xbox. 6 adults had plenty of space to all work in the kitchen preparing Thanksgiving dinner at the same time. The pool and hot tub were used often by the kids even in the rain as they loved the basketball hoop and the outside fireplace got use everyday! Easy in and out with access to everything we needed and our hosts were available when we had questions and were very helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

Beyond five stars!

This exquisite home on a gorgeous piece of property would work beautifully for anyone looking for spacious accommodations in the area but it is absolutely ideal for families. We have never rented a home with such a vast array of amenities for children. Our six year old grandson was so excited by the pool, the trampoline, the bunk beds, the basketball hoops, the ping pong table, and the grassy “football field” that he initiated a Face Time tour of the property for an absent family member. The adult amenities were every bit as enchanting. The layout is very spacious, the beds and linens are excellent, and all of the furnishings are comfortable and beautiful. The array of cookware and dishes is extraordinary and the home is fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. The owner is also very communicative and a delight to work with. This is a truly exceptional vacation home.

Best VRBO stay we’ve ever had

To say Kim is an excellent host is an understatement. From the very beginning she was flexible, accommodating and quick to reply. Her home was beyond expectation and made our family’s vacation! The house and property are sprawling, beautiful and very comfortable. The house is stocked like someone’s home (as opposed to a rental) and had everything you may think you need or want. The games room, pool, sport court and trampoline kept the kids fully entertained and the house offers so much room, everyone has their own space (we were a group of 11, adults and kids). Our only concern was the location up the hillside (we originally thought we wanted to be closer to the beach), however it’s a quick 15 minute drive up to the house and the road/drive back to the property was one of my favourite parts of the day! It’s beautiful and serene and lined with stunning vegetation and expansive ranches, stables and horses. Rancho Sante Fe is one of my new favourite places! The reservoir across the road offered beautiful views and the area was bustling with birds and wildlife. I sincerely hope we can return. Thank you again Kim!

Perfect vacation house

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 4 families together for the week and this house worked so well. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom and separate space. And the outdoor eating, backyard space with fireplace, trampoline and pool kept all the kids entertained all week. Would highly recommend this house!

Truly Amazing House!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals and this was truly one of our favorites. We stayed at this fantastic house over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Kim and Drew were amazing hosts. There was a basket of goodies and wine there for our arrival which we loved. We had an issue with the pool lights and it was addressed immediately. The heated pool was heavenly. The decor was impeccable. The kitchen was amazing -- had everything we needed as we love to cook for our extended family that we were visiting in the area. The entire house was so spacious and clean! Highly, highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing week!

We had an incredible week at the Modern Luxury Farmhouse property. The house and the grounds were immaculately maintained and incredibly well-stocked. We usually have to order some basic items but this house had everything. There were some many things for our children to do that they never once asked for their screen time. Finally, it's hard to beat the chance to make the freshest lemonade...literally picked the lemons and made the lemonade. We would recommend this property to any/all.
