The Apartment has a million dollar view and the wrap-around balcony making the most of the view. You will be torn between seeing the sights or just relaxing in the apartment with a soft breeze coming in through the windows.
Enjoy lounging by the main pool and taking in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

Lydia, the host is attentive with a beautiful spirit. The villa gives you all the feels of island life- view and greenery. It is quiet and private, with a magical view. Step through lush greenery to a beautiful beach. The villa was equipped to meet our needs. What we didn't have, Lydia provided right away. You will require a car or you can hire a taxi to get to town, which is a short drive.

Great hosts

Property was great and had an amazing view of the ocean. I would recommend a rental vehicle as the property is up hill and would be a pain to walk or have to call a cab every day to get into town. If you are looking for a nice relaxing, quite get away then this place will be great for your stay.

Million Dollar View

It certainly was a million dollar view. Although being a little difficult to find the host was excellent at helping to navigate to and from the property. We stayed mostly at the villa, walking to La Toc beach upon occasion and enjoying the surrounding scenery. On highlight was watching the daily parade of cruise ships entering and leaving Castries Harbour.

Awesome View

Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. We made many meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We went on many tours and were picked up at Sandals La Toc which was very convenient. Overall very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place if you’re just looking to sit by the pool and relax. The views are gorgeous. The villa was clean and comfortable. The downside is it’s very far away from any other attractions or restaurants. You have to go through the sandals resort to get to the beach but they stopped us every time and security escorted us to the gate like criminals. So if you’re staying here get groceries on your way in and a good book and a 4x4 vehicle to get down the road.

Great view

The view was amazing from the pool. Comfortable stay. I was thrown off that we had to get ride of a trash with car full of luggage in addition had to bring in stinky trash to the car. There were no direction in check out of where to dispose of it, only after I asked I was informed the trash bin is on the road out. The small road going to the house is in a very poor condition and bottom of the car gets banged up.

Beautiful location. Looks alot better in person than the pictures. The view from infinity pool is unmatched! The 1 and only thing i wish is a easier way to get to the beach than ordering a taxi. But that one thing didn’t deter my vacation. Still enjoyed the location and everything St Lucia had to offer!

We spent a wonderful week at Joe and Rose’s villa relaxing after a stressful winter. The unit was comfortable with a stunning view of the entrance to Castries harbor. One could spend entire days on the balcony watching boats and birds. There is easy access to Sandals beach which was always uncrowded. Joe was a most accommodating host who drove us, or arranged transportation, to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We strongly recommend this property. Kathy&Jim

Amazing Time

Joseph went above and beyond during my stay here with my daughter for a girl's getaway. From minor details such as having snacks waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived to connecting us to a private guide to hike the Petit Piton for an unforgettable experience. The apartment met our needs and more. And I can't forget to mention how stunning the view of the ocean (only a couple minutes walking distance) was to wake up to every morning. If you are coming to St. Lucia for whatever reason, you must stay with Joseph! You will not regret it.

Great view of sea and gardens

My husband and I enjoyed waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the sea and gardens with flowers and hummingbirds. Great location for the use of Sandals beach and to book excursions at Sandals. We felt right at home in our apartment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and other essentials for eating at home. What can we say about our host Joseph..... one of the kindest and accommodating people we have ever met! He made sure we started our trip with a few items in the fridge. His daughter Rose was just as sweet and welcoming. St. Lucia is a beautiful island that I would recommend visiting!

Peaceful relaxing vacation with a wonderful view!

Arrived at airport and our host, Joe was there to pick us up. He gave us an over view of St. Lucia on the ride up to villa. The villa was quiet and clean. Joe had milk, eggs, juice, cereal, fruit and snacks already in the kitchen. He took us to grocery store for more supplies. We spent our days at the beautiful beach at Sandals where we enjoyed the sun and snorkeling. We took a day trip to Jade Mountain where we had lunch. We hired a taxi because we wouldn’t recommend driving in St Lucia. Our nights were quiet. We would recommend this property if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation. Joe was a great host.

Frankly I am having difficulty reconciling my experience with previous reviews. The property is undeniably rundown and the host was not very helpful. It is in a peculiar spot with no address- and hard to find. Major attractions are at least an hour away. Nothing was provided - no paper towels, cleaning products, no basic staples like salt and pepper. We were there over New Years and host neglected to tell us basically everything shuts down for three days. Last straw: broken lounge chairs at pool. Fail.

Very Private with great view

The property is very quiet and private. The pool is a great place to relax and get some sun. Lydia is a great host. And responded to are questions and request quickly but if we had not contacted her you would think the entire place was yours alone. Wonderful stay. The view of the bay is spectacular. The access to the beach at Sandals is a short walk down the steps and tours can be made with several tour companies there on the beach. It was a pleasure to return to the quiet evenings after a day of excursions. The property is a bit difficult to find the first time but that is because of the mountainous terrain. Just be patient. We choose to explore by ourselves for the most part so for us a car is essential. The people of St Lucia were wonderful to us and very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. A short drive to the city center gives access to the market and gift shops and restaurants. Castries is a very busy cruise port so there is a lot of activity on most days. We did a water tour to the Pitons, snorkeling at sugar beach the volcanic mud bath and waterfall. Highly recommend this tour to see a lot of the islands highlights without driving. The access from the water is much quicker to most areas.

Do not spend your money here

Do not spend your money on this place. The pictures do not do it justice. The one shower didn’t work the other flooded the living room. The place is tiny and way out of the area of anything else. It’s falling apart at the seems and is not worth the money at all. We would have left but didn’t want to deal with the headaches of trying to get our money back. You enter the stairs to get down to your place from the side not head on, so be very cautious as it isn’t very safe at all. Outside lights are falling off the walls. The fridge is not very cold and they don’t turn it on until minutes before you get there so don’t bring food with you. The kitchen has a stench that lingers throughout the whole place. All in all do not rent this place. Find something better elsewhere. Trust me

Lydia was amazing and very helpful with whatever we needed. She had great suggestions of place to go see and eat. Her place was very nice for my husband and I. A bonus was to be able to visit Sandals resort and use their beach without paying a fee. Her place was centrally located to many restaurants, Sugar Beach, Pidgeon Island, Margot beach......The pool and deck area was great for morning coffee, cocktail hour and to watch the cruise ships go in and out. Would recommend!

Lydia was a great host! She welcomed us into her home and was super communicative, even sharing some local spots to visit during our stay. We had our own private suite stocked with a few local snacks and parking for our rental car. Wish we were able to swim in the pool and did get a lot of great photos from the stunning view. The views from the proprery were lovely a real feel of peace and the sounds of the ocean and birds singing where the only sounds we could here. So very blessful. But we did fell a bit isolated. There is a Sandels literally down some step which can take you into the resort. Where there is life. But unfortunately the gate is locked due to covid!. So if you want to get there and use the beach you have to drive or get a cab which takes about 4/5 mins and cost about $12/15. (Or jump the gate) The part of the property we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Lydia the owner helped with any questions we had and she is on location so that was reassuring. We stay for only 3 nights and was enough without a car as there is not alot to see around the area. Overall its a place to stay for peace and harmony.
