Ground floor apartment in the center of Cauterets close to all shops (less than a minute), cable cars lily (max 400 m), thermal baths of Caesar, baths of the rock (150 m), cinema, play areas, hiking trails ....
Comfortable two room apartment, bathroom and separate WC that can accommodate a family of 4 people.
It consists :
- a functional and welcoming main room composed of a BZ sofa for two people, a sofa BZ 1 person, a color TV LED flat screen and USB input, Wifi, a kitchen (plate vitro ceramic, sink one tank, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, combined microwave oven),
- an alcove bedroom with a bed for 2 people with storage box, a mezzanine for 2 people, a storage cupboard
- an entrance with cupboard and chest of drawers
-a shower room with shower (glass door), a washing machine, a heated towel rail, furniture
- A separate toilet with cupboard (cleaning products, ...) available

Summer in Cauterets

We had a fun time at Cauterets. A tight space for a family of 4 but the location is amazing. It doesn't include towels and linens, you have to ask for them and pay extra. Doesn't include parking, you have to park in public parking.

Logement très pratique

Logement en tous points conforme à la description. Logement très bien équipé et de bon confort, très propre. L'espace de vie est assez petit mais suffisant pour deux personnes. La chambre ne comporte pas de fenêtre. La literie est tout à fait correcte. Les fenêtres de la pièce de vie donne sur une petite rue : la vue est donc très limitée. La localisation est un atout et un inconvénient. Parfait pour profiter de la vie du bourg (à 1 min à pieds) mais il est très difficile de se garer à proximité du logement (pour nous, parking à 5 min à pieds). Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais l'accueil et le départ se font sans problème. Pas de réseau téléphonique pour nous dans l'appartement mais le Wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la TV (malgré une notice qui se voulait claire, nous ne sommes pas doués) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Très mignon petit appartement très bien situé mais ce n'est pas un rez de chaussée comme précisé dans l'annonce puisque grandes marches pour y accéder et l'une de nos filles a un handicap moteur qui affecte sa marche . Nous l'avons aidée.

apt très agréable et très propre. Tout est prévu pour l entretien . chauffé à notre arrive ce qui n est pas négligeable .très bon contact avec la propriétaire . seul petit bémol le matelas du clic clac a revoir si on doit y dormir mais a reste un détail au vue du confort . nous y reviendrons

Tout pour un séjour reussi

L'appartement en rez de chaussée est idéalement situé, dans une rue calme mais à deux pas du centre. Nous etions 2 adultes et un enfant et avons pu évoluer parfaitement dans le logement, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé. Bref idéal pour profiter de ce magnifique village !
