At the foot of the Lys gondola, you will be charmed by this superb studio! <br><br>Tastefully arranged and renovated, you will enjoy a beautiful living space with a small balcony with a view of the mountains and the ski lifts.<br><br>Also ideal for spa guests, the accommodation is equipped with a lift and is a 5-minute walk from the thermal baths.<br><br>This accommodation is classified as furnished tourist accommodation and benefits from 2 stars. It is also labelled Label Qualité Hébergement Cauterets. <br><br>This accommodation is located at the foot of the gondolas, in the centre of Cauterets.<br>A free car park at the bottom of the residence will allow you to unload your belongings in peace.<br><br>This 27 m² apartment, completely renovated in 2021, is located on the 3rd floor in a residence with lift.<br><br>You will be seduced by its ideal location, its mountain view from the balcony and its functionality.<br><br>Thermal baths, spa, cinema, ice rink, municipal swimming pool, merry-go-rounds, mini golf, park, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery will be accessible to you less than 5 minutes on foot.<br><br>It consists of an entrance hall with a bunk bed of 90 x 190 cm in an alcove closed to the living room, a bathroom with shower wall, toilet, single sink unit, a kitchen open to the living room.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a multifunction microwave, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a raclette machine.<br><br>In the living room, you will have a sofa bed and a wardrobe bed, both 140 x 190 cm. A travel cot without mattress is available in the closet.<br>A TV and board games will brighten up your stay.<br>An east-facing balcony and ski storage are also available.<br><br>All amenities: Thermal baths, spa, cinema, ice rink, municipal swimming pool, merry-go-round, mini-golf, park, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery will be accessible to you in less than 5 minutes on foot.

Un séjour réussi

Une adresse à recommander, située entre les télécabines et la navette pour le Pont d’Espagne. Le petit balcon est une ouverture sur la montagne.

Un agréable week-end en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement idéalement placé. A deux pas des télécabines..qui défilent devant les fenêtres du logement..c'est très chouette. De plus , beaucoup de prestations autour du logement ( boutiques, commerces, patinoire...) . Proches de beaucoup de restaurants sympathiques mais il faut réserver tôt car nous n'avons pas pu y accéder de tout le week-end.. tous étaient complets !! Sans oublier une hôte très bienveillante, et a l'écoute... Qui se soucis du bien être de ses locataires afin que leur séjour leur soit le plus plaisant possible. Je recommande fortement ce logement

Très belles prestations

Logement très bien situé très proche du centre-ville, tous commerces à 2 minutes à pied, au pied des remontées mécaniques. Logement très bien équipé (lave-linge, sèche cheveux, sèche serviettes, ventilateurs, ....), de nombreux rangements. Résidence calme, logement lumineux. Nous recommandons
