Very rustic and quiet. Plenty of land around to relax and listen.Wish it had a few more consummable supplies in kitchen. Expected a few more items but went and bought them.
Wonderful stay just outside of downtown. Far enough away from the city and just close enough to the off road park. Wonderful weekend getaway! Love the history behind the property. Can’t wait to plan the next trip
It was nice to be out of town where we didn’t have any distractions or cell service. We could really just focus on us. There were several bugs found but I guess that is to be expected for how out in the country it was. Overall very nice
Great spot to stay at if you are wheeling at Hot Springs ORV! The owner was awesome, very communicative and super accommodating. We didnt realize the cabin i booked did not have a shower and he allowed us to switch cabins with no issues. Would definitely recommend
Had a delightful time! Victory was perfectly quaint! Located in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Easy access on and off the freeway and close proximity to Hot Springs. Roger very responsive and thoughtful! Loved it, will visit again.
Property was what they conveyed. Relaxing at its finest.

Cozy comfortable and relaxing
First and foremost the owners of this ranch are some of the most hospitable people we have rented from! Extremely quick and very helpful to answer any questions. They were gracious enough to let us check in very early. That basically allowed us to enjoy another whole day there!
The victory suite was amazing! It has everything you need if you plan to cook inside or out. Super comfortable bed, nice decor and extremely cozy!! We will definitely be renting again ....highly recommend if you are looking for something rustic and relaxing..
We enjoyed our stay at the Panther Valley Ranch. The suite was cozy and comfortable. It was pretty clean and private. We both liked the interior design and the native stone as well as the bit of history we read about the place on the welcome card. The staff were helpful about getting us coffee when we needed it and gave us a timely response about the wifi issues we were having. We spent most of our time not being able to stream movies or shows as well as not having wifi for our phones which was kind of unfortunate because we just wanted to chill at the cabin for our stay but eventually boredom took over and we went into town. The suite is also very close to hot springs off-road park which we had no clue about so there was quite a bit of traffic from off-road vehicles but surprisingly it wasn't too obnoxious. Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish wifi or cell service was better. Also the proximity to the off-road park would've been nice to know.

Cute spot
The place was adorable. The building it’s in is huge and we second guessed that it was ours but once we got in we knew it was the right place. The cottage is on a property with other VRBOs so there was a pretty decent amount of activity amongst the other renters. My complaints about the place would be the cleanliness and the absence of a functioning Wi-Fi. Obviously the Wi-Fi wasn’t the owners fault but it was incredibly inconvenient to have to travel just to contact the owner. As far as the place being clean, it only looked like it upon entry. The Keurig was dirty. I had to scrub the water tank which had sediment at its bottom which made the paper towel I used to clean it with turn brown. The fireplace was FULL of ashes which we had to clean out before using. The hallway had dirt that I had to sweep into a pile. Under the bed, behind the sofa, under the tub, all had not been cleaned in a quite a while. I hate to leave a negative review but it was honestly dirty. It made for an uncomfortable stay.
The host was amazing though and even texted me back while he was in church. He probably would have remedied my complaints of cleanliness had I told him about it but I just didn’t want to deal with it to that extent. I only hope that he gets a new cleaning person.
The place was absolutely beautiful! The only two things missing were the horses (which I was really looking forward to and the main reason I picked the place) and a shower. The tub is beautiful but was a struggle for me. :)
The ranch exceeded our expectations all together. Seriously a diamond in the rough. We were so very fortunate to get a chance to stay in the Victory lodge. Could not ask for a more quiet setting and much needed disconnect from the hustle of everyday life. Look forward to booking again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay in the Victory Suite at PVR. This was our first time staying here. It is a little out of town which was nice, but a very quick easy drive to town or anywhere you want to go in Hot Springs. Our suite was in the old stables building by itself so it was very private and relaxing. We really enjoyed the horses that are in the field right behind the suite! We fed them carrots and apples and were able to pet them.
We are extremely happy with our time at Panther Valley.
The place very cozy and clean
The bed was most excellent, in fact if I had room I'd would have taken it home as a souvenir!
Tub was great for one but not for a couple.
Very pleased with the whole experience.

Wonderful place! We absolutely loved staying in the Victory suite, such a cool place. We will come again when we have more days to stay with y’all. One night was not enough! Thanks so much!
We enjoyed our staying in the Victory Suite. It was very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. The bathtub was my favorite! We will definitely go back in the fall.
Remote but close to downtown Hot Springs and anything you would want to do while there. Accommodations had all the little touches that represents the owners thoughtfulness towards their patrons needs. I highly recommend this place. 👍👍👍
We booked this last minute and it was well worth it !
Charming cabin with wonderful bath tub !
Loved how quiet the property was !
Would definitely stay here again
