Location! Location! Location! This stunning, updated 3 BDR 2 BA condo is located in the coveted F Building in the popular Village of South Walton. F Building is the very first building west of the last building in Rosemary Beach, so literally next door to Rosemary Beach. The Rosemary Beach sign is just below the building to the East, and all restaurants and activities at Rosemary Beach are a short walk away! The Village of South Walton is nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, the location provides a multitude of shopping and dining options as well as outside entertainment. Make time for a beach stroll at dusk to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! The private beach access is only a tram ride or short walk away. Green spaces invite frisbee games, corn hole and croquet, as well as live music and bike rentals. Ice cream ads in shop windows entice your patronage. The smiles of bicyclers and walkers encourage impromptu conversations. At the end of the day, relax on the balcony! Welcome to the world of "No Worries!" But beware!...You may never want to leave!

Updates include many new furnishings including a new chaise sofa and new full over full bunks in the bunk room, as well as a new 50-inch mounted flat screen TV & all new stainless appliances. We have a well-stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit to make you feel right at home regardless of how long your stay (and we hope it's a LONG one!)

We are very excited about the expansion of our pool area in The Village which includes a swimming pool, covered tables and chairs, a huge splash pool, and hot tub, all enclosed by beautiful landscaping and fencing.

This is the perfect location if you don't bring a car, or if you want to park your car and never get back in until time to go, as there are many restaurants and activities within walkind distance in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, or Alys Beach. And our famous 18-mile paved walking/hiking/biking trail will provide you with even more options via bike, if that's your thing!

Perfect Getaway

We booked Laura’s place which is a 3-bedroom even though it was just two of us because we wanted the full kitchen and laundry. We were thrilled to see that the balcony was large and in the shade all day long. We ate all meals there and had morning coffee there. I loved how the pool was just off the back side of the property. The property was beautifully furnished. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. I found everything I could have needed. Loved having a full size fridge. We were there almost a full week so we enjoyed shopping at Publix just down the road or popping into Sundries grocery which was directly below us. It was quiet in the building. Never heard slamming doors or noisy neighbors. It was a perfect getaway.

Quick getaway

The condo has in a great location right next to Rosemary Beach. The access to the private beach was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfection

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We rented bikes and biked or walked everywhere. Absolute perfection.

The condo was beautiful, fully furnished and met expectations.

Location is right in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Heated pool. Close walk to the ocean. Everything was great!

Winter weekend

Overall very nice. Some of the light bulbs need to be replaced. My daughter slept in the front bedroom. Woke up all 3 morning with a back ache. Bed was awful. I know it’s a rental, but I had to put a blanket down on the couch to sit on it. Very dirty.

I fell in love with the Village of South Walton the first time I stayed there,, and subsequently have bought 3 units in the property. The location is extraordinary! Steps from Rosemary and all of its shops and amenities (spa, fitness center, salon, shops, etc.), a short walk to Alys, and a great greenspace all its own with a very happy vibe, bike rentals, great food, and live music. I also love the tram to the private beach access and the great pool/hot tub area. I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!
