Our family of 9 enjoyed the stay at this lovely home. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. We especially loved the location which is off the beaten path, but not too far. The location felt remote, which we love. And the view! Lovely. We rarely heard a car or people while we were there. It was a good spot to land after busy days hiking and sight seeing.

We rolled in on 5 bikes. We spent one day in Durango riding the train then rode the million dollar highway. This was a great place to relax. In the mountains, quiet and peacful. The house was set up great for some relaxing evenings on the patio watching the weather storm through. If i ever build a cabin, the master bedroom will be the base! Thank you for a great stay!

I appreciate all comments, however, Mountain Majesty is a "Country" Home and is not a modernized home with "modern" furniture. My interior designer's opinion is that modern furniture would be anti style for a country home:)

Owner was prompt with calling but the manager never contacted us so no internet service. No kitchen towels to dry any hand washed dishes. Handsoap was nearly empty in most bathrooms. No kitchen cleaning supplies to fully clean kitchen after use. One faucet in largest master bathroom did not work. I think this is more a manager issue as owner lives in Florida.

Amazing Property! Stay was Fantastic.

Easy access and the house was very accommodating. I did not have to contact the owner during our visit so that says a lot in its own! Highly recommend this rental for family vacations. Views were breathtaking.
