EXCLUSIVE VILLA IN NATURE

Spectacular house in the middle of nature, is in a small town of Girona. Ideal for those who seek privacy and relaxation on your vacation. The farm is the sixteenth century. It consists of 1500m2. Fully restored and with a capacity for 12 people.
As seen in the pictures, the exterior of the villa has a large garden surrounding the house, porch with tables and chairs and barbecue. There is also a private pool and solarium fully equipped with sun loungers and hammocks.
The inside of the house is divided into 3 floors.
The first floor has two inputs; the main entrance leading to a spacious room decorated in the original style of the house and the other input have access through the garden where we find the living room. All rooms are equipped with a high brightness by large windows overlooking the garden. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room.
On the second floor there is a small living room with fireplace and around the 6 rooms, 3 are duplex, divided into two levels, at the bottom there is a sofa bed and on top a double bed. The rest are two double bedrooms and one with twin beds. All suites with full bath. From two of the bedrooms you have access to another terrace where you can enjoy exclusive views.
On the top floor there is a large living room.

The nearest beach is 12 km. Train station: Camallera at 1 km. Barcelona to 1 hour.
