Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Easy check ins with remote (dedicated only to you) door code. Everything was clean and as pictured. The only thing was we had to sleep in the pull out couch due to the bed being very uncomfortable.

Relaxed fun on beach

From our very first contact with Tracie before renting to the final time we locked the door we had a fabulous experience! Her home away from home was perfect for the two of us to spend a week either on the beach or exploring the area! Home was super clean, very well equipped from fluffy towels to beach equipment to comfy bed and awesome kitchen and more! Clearly Tracie has taken taken great pride in her delightful property, it wasn’t just “a rental, but it was home”! So glad we found this hidden gem and would love to return! Thanks Tracie for being an awesome hostess!!

north padre island stay

the property was clean. however, the exterior was a disappointment. the exterior could use paint, the wood for the decks need to be replaced or at least power washed. the pool area needs new chairs and the pool deck needs paint. the pool was clean though. Inside our unit was good, but some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Also, there was no washer and dryer. The beach is super close, only a block away.

Karen, I wish that I had control over how the HOA spends the money. They tell me that new furniture is in the budget for this year. I apologize that I didn't notice the one damaged sauce pan.

The online reservation process was missleading.

The property was very comfortable and was decorated very nice. However we were called a day early (I thought) & told we should be out. I gave her a time we would be out, she agreed & then she called & text Early, I felt rushed. I felt like the next renters were more important than me. The rental page was very misleading on the price for each day & the times. All in all I'm not very pleased.

Using VRBO is very convenient but we do have to be aware of their charges when booking. Prior to booking you do receive an itemized statement of charges. When vacationing, it does help to not loose track of what day it is : )

Amazing Getaway

This was a first for a lot of things for me and my girlfriend and it was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so clean. It has anything you could need for a short stay(which is what we did) and a long stay and very Comfortable!! I was overly impressed and it is literally a block from the beach you can go to the parking lot or drive right up on the beach and it is beautiful. The pool stayed clean and cool too and was nice to relax in. Would definitely recommend for couples or a smaller group. Definitely would return next year.

GREAT FIND!

Communicating was very easy and fast. The process was extremely easy and the condo was exactly as described and pictured. The fact that the unit includes all you would need, towels, utensils, cookware and bedding was great to have being away from home. I would recommend and see myself coming back in the future.

This was a great stay

I went with my husband and 6month baby, we had easy access to the beach, just a short drive. The place was clean and the check in was super easy. I would reccomend this place, and I would plan a trip like this again soon.

I am a home town girl, raised in Corpus Christi, I live in town and work full time as a Realtor for RE/MAX. I love to fish, swim, jet ski and watch the sea turtles at the jettis (Packery Channel).

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the location, so close to the beach and the pool, plus it is a first floor unit. I enjoy decorating and had so much fun picking out the decor and accessories.

What makes this property unique

This unit is so tranquil, I never want to leave it! I really enjoy the location where I can walk to the sea wall and walk for miles along the beach, fishing is great right off the Packery Channel jettys or 2.5 miles down to Bob Hall Pier and Mikel May's Bar and Grill.
