This home is beautiful and we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are large and very accommodating for a family. We would stay here again but probably not during the summer months as the Seacrest beach is very small and difficult to reserve chairs.

The perfect vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. This house is exceptional.

The home was fabulous...exactly how it's pictured/advertised! Plenty of space for a large family. The pool area was expansive & nice as well. Access to the beach was challenging due to space & requirements to rent expensive set chairs/umbrellas.

Beautiful Beach House!

We loved this beautiful house in Seacrest! It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and so spacious! We had two families traveling together and had more than enough room, including loving having two masters. We were a quick walk to the pool and tram pickup to beach. Highly recommend!

Nice property. Good location to town areas. I would suggest more than one kitchen towel, more storage containers, more hangers and a full length mirror. The distance to the beach was a little much with a baby and the pool was often packed trying to get chairs. But fun once you do.

Spring Break 2023

We took our kids and their friends here for spring break this year and it was a great house. Kitchen and family room were big enough for 10-12 people. Master on main was nice to keep the kids all upstairs but there's two master's so could for 2 families. 4 bikes provided, outdoor fridge and plenty of parking. Only suggestion would be to put more patio furniture out to enjoy the large front and back patios more.

The grill set up is also solid. Remember to bring some things that we didn’t think of besides extra toilet paper, beach towels, coffee filters and shower products, such as paper towels, maybe extra hand towels, trash bags!!, cleaning spray to wipe countertops, more wash rags, laundry detergent and dish detergent.

Amazing house!

The house is amazing- so clean and the concierge was so helpful! The area is PACKED with kids and people- this was our first time to 30A and we didn’t realize you are stuck on your assigned beach- all the nearby beaches were chill and less crowded but this one was uncomfortably packed with people- we reserved chairs- which I am so glad we did- but people were right on top of our seating all day- it was just uncomfortable to have girls bare butts right on top of our area with our family there! The only reason why we would choose another spot is because of this specific beach- otherwise- the house itself was amazing!

They were very responsive over text and quickly answered any questions we had. It wasn't clear in the listing that a full week booking was required, so we ended up staying a few days longer than we planned, but we enjoyed it!The house was very clean, so much so that there was literally no cooking basics. It would be really nice if salt, pepper, olive oil were at least left as I'm sure each new renter has to purchase. Otherwise, the house was a perfect setup for two families, spacious bedrooms and a lot of room in the kitchen/living room.
