Rentals are general from Saturday to Saturday, except for conventions or Film Festival.

Poetry is everywhere ...

A painting, a lamp, a pottery, books ... and this beautiful apartment Cannes near the festivities. Apartment 30 M2, very beautiful, very high, 5th floor, bathed, flooded with light in the heart of Cannes 7 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Rue d'Antibes, beaches and the Croisette.

Apartment renovated, relooked, air-conditioned, beautiful terrace with sofa, garden furniture. An artist's apartment ... I let you judge ...

Beautiful new contemporary kitchen, plenty of storage space and utensils, hob, fridge, microwave oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster.
Nice dining area with table and chairs.
A lounge with convertible leather sofa upscale, HDTV, DVD, internet connection.
A bathroom with bath, sink and hairdryer, separate toilet.
A room with high-end bed.
The apartment is provided with beds made on arrival and all linen, vacuum, air conditioning reversible ...
For a glamorous, romantic week, choose the "Poetry" Cannes.

*** Information:
The residence is guarded, the garage is in the basement.
The cleanliness is irreproachable.
For your arrival I will welcome you and all recommendations will be provided.

*** Deposit not requested on the site but MANDATORY on arrival, of an amount of 200 €, returned the day of departure.

*** Arrivals are until 20:00, however and according to my availability I can welcome you until 23:00, a supplement of 30,00 € will be asked, after 23:00: 50,00 €

Das Apartment ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Herz von Cannes ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zu Dritt, daher etwas eng. Aber trotzdem alles sehr zu empfehlen. 👍

Appartement Poesie

Appartement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare à 3 minutes de la boulangerie et à 2 minutes un Super U pour faire ses courses. On peut vraiment tout faire à pied. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Je tenais à remercier Sonia pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre sejour.

Leider gibt es auf dem Balkon keine Liegestühl und im Frühling nur sehr wenig Sonne aber sonst alles super

Hors mis les travaux de voirie sur zone tout est ok et à 8 mn du Palais des festivals. Garage fermé difficile d accès...multiples manœuvres nécessaires. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Wonderful stay in city centre

As always if you rent from Carole you get the best service possible. It is always easy to contact her if there is something you need to ask or need help with. I stayed in this appartment, it’s a wonderful place and everything the ad says. Felt immediately at home. Equipped with all you may need like dishwasher and washing machine even a bath tub, comfortable bed and a wonderful balcony. And being a fan of cooking there was some interesting recipe books on the bookshelf I looked through: ) It was a dream staying here, especially considering the closeness to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this appartment and Carole as your hostess to anyone going to Cannes :)

tout d'abord je tiens à remercier CAROLE pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout s'est très bien passé de la conclusion du contrat de location à l'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ cela mérite d'etre souligné pour le reste appartement et résidence très agréable pas de bruit et vraiment à 2 pas du centre de CANNES Terrasse agréable et appartement bien aménagé avec ustensiles de cuisine de qualité ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances literie de qualité également a conseiller vivement meme si ce n'est pas en front de mer

Visite du Danemark Passez deux semaines en octobre dans ce petit appartement très bien situé, idéal pour deux personnes et situé à quelques minutes de marche de tout ce que vous voulez voir et dont vous avez besoin à Cannes. vous avez besoin de l'appartement (et d'un très bon lit). Une belle et grande terrasse ensoleillée où nous avons mangé tous les repas à l'extérieur .- L'appartement est dans une propriété agréable et calme.- Nous espérons revenir Birgith et Poul Danemark.

Grande terrasse, agréable pour prendre les petits déjeuners, idéalement situé à proximité de la gare (10mn à pied en terrain plat). Proximité de la Croisette, du port et des commerces. Idéal pour 2/3 personnes. Nous le recommandons.
