Newly Renovated 1 Br Apt In Oldtown - Short Walk To Festivals & Beach

The apartment is located in Le Suquet, the “Old Town” section of Cannes. Home to myriad restaurants, bars and shops as well as the famous Marche Forville open-air market, Le Suquet is composed of amazing cobblestone streets and is only a short walk to the beach (5 minutes) and the Palais des Festivals (7 minutes). There is no parking onsite, however there is a public garage at 7 Rue Louis Pastour.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (1 flight up from street level) of a well maintained, charming building. While there is no elevator, it is a short flight of stairs! It has been renovated with an all new kitchen, rain shower and toilet, yet still retains its original Mediterranean charm. It sleeps 4 max (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the new sofa bed in the living room). The bedroom can be configured with either 2 twin beds or 1 king depending on your needs. In total there is roughly 35 sq. meters of living space. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, all new appliances, WiFi, flat screen cable TV with 160 channels (10 in English), linens, towels, charging stations for both iPhone and Android devices, a 500 watt 220v - 110v transformer for your US electronics and much more.

We are centrally located and within walking distance of all Cannes has to offer. We're also very close to transportation if you want to explore the nearby sites (St. Paul de Vence, Nice, Monaco, Grasse, etc). The train station is a 10 minute walk (with service to the Nice airport) and the bus and taxi stations are about a 5 minute walk. We do not offer parking, however there is a garage close by next to the Marche Forville.

Lovely appartment

It is a lovely apartment, it has everything you need, well located and in a quiet location. It has fans on the ceiling which makes a big difference with the heat. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay

This was my first trip to Cannes and is was a wonderful experience! The neighborhood is like old France historic neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The cool nights were lovely with a fan. I recommend for an authentic Cannes experience.

3eme année que je viens dans ce petit appartement. Il est très bien situé, dans le quartier du Suquet. Sofia, qui s'occupe de l'accueil, est très agréable. Il est très bien équipé et parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes (salon avec canapé-lit et chambre avec 2 lits simples). Il y a une cuisine équipée, un lave-linge, téléviseur, wifi... J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Charming Apartment in Center of Cannes

So charming, antique accents & a feeling of staying at my grandfather's apartment. A warm welcome & a feeling of safety. As if surrounded by family. In the center of all we came to see. So convenient to walk to the marina/harbor, all dining, festival fireworks viewing from the church/castle center of Cannes. Quick walk to beach & fabulous swimming in wonderful azur water! I will plan to stay here next trip to France. Much more lovely than Paris.

Der urlaub war super. Wir waren 1 Woche dort. Würde es jeden empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Eine schön gelegene saubere neben straße. Alles was man braucht ist in 5 min. entfernt. Ob es der Strand ist oder Supermarkt oder die Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, man hat alles was man braucht. Und mit der Schlüssel Übergabe hat einfach super geklappt. Danke nochmals an sofia!! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur sehr präzise. Jede Informationen erhalten. Einfach klasse!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Suquet

Wir haben drei Wochen in Cannes und in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich auch mal selbst etwas kochen kann. Besonders gut fanden wir auch, dass die Anreisezeit sehr unkompliziert war. Wir konnten bereits am Mittag die Wohnung übernehmen, und am Abreisetag konnten wir die Wohnung noch bis zum Nachmittag behalten. Dafür ganz herzlichen Dank. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants und Bars. Man kann hier alles zu Fuß erreichen und man benötigt kein Auto für den Aufenthalt. Auch zum Strand und dem Marché Forville sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können diese schöne Wohnung für Paare oder zwei Personen nur empfehlen. Fürmehr Personen wird es dort evtl. etwas eng.

Klein aber fein ist diese Wohnung.

Sie liegt direkt im Zentrum der wunderschönen Altstadt von Cannes und hatte alles was man brauchte. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig. Zum Strand waren es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und unser Auto hatte die ganze Woche Pause. Parkplatz ist nicht so einfach zu finden allerdings wenn man Glück hat findet man einen direkt in der Straße. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in Cannes und würden die Wohnung für max. 2 Personen mit kleinem Kind weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartment hät mehr als es verspricht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die ruhige Lage in der Altstadt erlaubt, dass man Restaurants, den Strand etc. sehr bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
