Beautiful newer executive home is located in near downtown, less than 1/2 block from the lake, with park, beach and tennis courts 2 minutes from the front door. in the most desirable area (south Pandosy) within minutes of shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. Close to downtown. This newer house has 5 bedrooms, with 4 queen size and one king size bed, 2 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. it comfortably sleeps 10 to 12. It has spectacular lake views from the front porch, master bedroom and third floor balcony. The master bedroom features a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, as well as a private deck that looks out onto the lake. There are many hiking trails in the area so you can enjoy the many activities of Kelowna. With many wineries and golf course within minutes of the house you will want to take advantage of all this location offers.
Downtown is only a 5 minute drive (or cab ride) or you can cycle (bike rentals available in the area) in less than 10 minutes or walk in approx. 20 to 30 minutes.

We had the best time at this VRBO! The host, Glenn, was great. He was around to answer any questions we had, let us borrow a cooler & has a really cute dog. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was fantastic.
Booking and checking went smooth. Glenn met us there when we checked in and was very friendly and helpful. Lots of beds and couches available with extra linens. Had towels for 10 people as well as beach towels for the beach. The house had all the essentials and only steps away from the water!
Our family has a large age range and yet we all were comfortable and we were close enough to the lake and tennis court so that we could walk to do activities. This property contributed to another successful annual family vacation.
We had our family holiday feast and the house was perfect! Lots of room for cooking, moving about and lounging. Close to the lake and shopping, take out food and more.
Glenn is a good host who gives space to the guests. Location of this home is perfect! Can lime scooter to downtown in 15 mins or less. Driving is 5 minutes. Beach and lake very close! Cannot beat the location. I would recommend to bring your own essential groceries and toiletries as it was missing things like coffee, shampoo, paper towel ect.
This property is the perfect size for a large group celebrating an event. The photos do not do the property justice, it is gorgeous so spacious! You cannot beat the location - 5 minute drive to downtown, 1 minute walk to the beach. Cannot say enough good things about the owner. Glenn made booking a breeze was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. 10/10 will stay here again recommend to everyone! Thanks again Glenn!
We had a great time. Glenn was a great host. The beautiful puppy an added bonus for all of us. Location was great!!! House was really great !!! Would stay again for sure.

We were given clear instruction to get into the property which was well located in Kelowna in a beautiful area. Once settled in we had a visit from the representative of the owner to make sure we were warmly welcomed. He gave us a tour of all the important aspects of the dwelling which was helpful as well as pointing out places of local interest as well as helpful pointers for getting around. There were shops near by and it was no distance to the local bus routes. The lake was a few hundred yards to the west and it was a twenty minute walk to the centre of town and Prospera Arena.The house was well equipped and the rooms were all a good size and well appointed. The showers were excellent as was the kitchen and laundry facilities.Our party of 8 had a fabulous time at the property and would whole heartedly recommend this property.(PS The town and the people were all amazing)
We stayed four nights with eight men and the house had plenty of room. We did have to bring two comforters and a mattress. There are 2.5 bathrooms with a water closet on the third floor, where there are two bedrooms and a common area with a day bed and a futon bed. It is importantly to know that there is not a bathroom on the main floor for those challenged with stairs.
Glenn is a gracious and accommodating host who lives on site in a separate suite.
The location of the house is great with water access and tennis courts half a block away.
We would stay there again given the chance.

Great location
Close to beach and restaurants. Glenn was very friendly. Checkin process could be smoother, as we did not receive details until later in the evening before checking. Nonetheless it all worked out! Coffee machine and toaster do not work, would also be nice if there were condiments in the fridge. I would also suggest that it’s disclosed that the property manager is onsite, however that said we didn’t know Glen was there. Overall it’s a pretty good property and we had a good weekend!

Not sure why they had issues with either the coffee pot or the toaster as have tried and all work fine. there is two different coffee pots a drip as well as a keurig it is too bad they did not ask me about them as I would have made sure they worked fine as well if they needed anything. As far as condiments in the past I have but due to covid I am not leaving as much for guests as recomended by VRBO.
The place was extremely dirty. Inside and on Front deck Cable went off at least 5 times an hour. We had to wash glasses before we could use them. Appliances we high end. Showers good
It really needs a major cleaning by a professional cleaner

I have been using the same cleaning crew for a couple of years with no complaints in the past, when they showed me dirty glasses they had some small water marks on them not dirty, I have let me cleaners know they need to look at the glasses that have been put away from clients. The issue with cable was a result of Telus doing an update, client very upset tried to tell him the issue he wouldn't listen that it was outside my control nothing I could do. He insisted old outdated equipment which is not the case, tried to work with these clients but there was no pleasing them which was very unfortunate as relations with clients very important to me
We paid a significant cleaning fee in advance! However, when we arrived this property was dirty. The floor mats were filthy, stove & kettle and hood fan were all splattered with grease, there was moldy coffee grounds in the machine, with lots of dog hair around the bar stool legs, and the dining table was covered with black dirt. The living room furniture was stained and covered with more dog hair. Walking through the house left my white socks black. Six people were required to shower in 1 bathroom as the main bathroom shower scalded us, as it would not regulate the temperature & all the fancy knobs for extra water features did not work.
This place needs a thorough deep cleaning, have its furnishings professionally steam cleaned and shower plumbing issues fixed.
