Nestled along the North Fork of the White River, Memories Made Cabin is a perfect escape from the stress of everyday life. Whether floating on the clear, spring-fed river, fishing in a trophy trout area, or taking a scenic mill tour, you are destined to have a great time in the heart of the Ozark's. No matter how you spend your time, one things for sure: Memories made at the cabin will last a lifetime!

And there is more for those with a sense of adventure!

Take a getaway on your road bike or sports car with our Ozark Mountain Mills Route with many scenic stops and fabulous restaurants. You will never leave pavement. Or, if you prefer off-road riding, we have a route just for you! The ride is beautiful any time of year, but especially in the fall.

complete kitchen, WIFI, TV's, and quiet surroundings.

Thoroughly enjoyed the set up and layout of the house. Plenty of room for large groups, and certainly for our 3-person float party. Will definitely consider again for future floats on the North Fork River.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect place to escape all the noise of a busy city for a weekend. The cabin is very clean and spacious. It's sleeps a surprising number of people. Freddy is very responsive to any questions. Would love to stay here again in the future!

The cabin was very excellent property, It met all our needs for a family trip down memory lane. The cabin was very roomy and clean and had all of the amenities that were needed. The host was very responsive to our needs and was available as needed. Any issues reported to him were quickly addressed. I would recommend this property for any family or group.

Christmas break getaway

Great size house for our group of 8! Freddy was very helpful. Loved having so many bedrooms and the big dining table. Negatives were no door on the bedroom by the kitchen, no dishwasher, and the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs, but it was a great price that made all of those okay with us!

Awesome Experience in the country

The house was awesome. Big enough for our family to move around and be comfortable. The view from the deck of the river and valley was enjoyable with a morning cup of coffee or an evening adult beverage. The house was spotless from top to bottom. There was nothing left out to make the families stay restful. All of our needs were met for an enjoyable weekend away. We will continue to book with Freddie for our future trips.

Quite Stay For a Family Christmas

This property was perfect for our stay and our intentions. We wanted a quite Christmas in the woods. The beds where comfy. We had enough places to sleep and the table was big enough 8 of us. Some different pans would have been nice as we cooked every meal. I would suggest stopping for groceries in a bigger town before checking in. The nearest store was 15 minutes and it was smaller. Overall this was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend!

Nice cabin

Stayed here for a guys hunting trip. Home owner was very helpful when we needed help or had questions. The cabin was about a 30 min drive to Caney Mountain Conservation Area. There is a cabin right next door to this cabin, so if you are looking for complete isolation this may not be for you. However, didn’t bother us at all. Would stay here again!

We had a fine stay while we were there. It's actually 45 minutes from rockbridge mill and trout ranch. I think if you are considering staying staying here you should know it's not just a few minutes down the road. The decor is cute in the main room but the bedrooms lack any feeling of comfort or warmth. Pretty bare and the bedding wasn't great. It didn't get this overwhelming feeling of clean. The cups provided were pretty dirty and grease smudged with fingerprints. The inside of the oven was covered in food. The outside grill provided was a mess. It's smelled like something died in it. It was completely unusable in our opinion. No hair dryer was in the house even though it stated one was provided. Not a big deal but just a heads up to bring one. No check in or check out instructions were provided which was weird. We "VRBO" frequently and owners are usually pretty particular about how you enter and exit their properites. Lastly, the TV remote was taped together pretty horrendously and you could barley make the buttons work. Again, not a huge deal but... buy a new remote. Overall, it was okay I guess. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I feel like this posting was pretty misleading for what it was.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I decided on this location for a short anniversary getaway! We enjoy fishing in the northern us AMD wanted to try the beautiful rivers in the south. The North Fork of the White River runs right past the house just down the hill, its so beautiful. The house is very large for big groups with an open concept kitchen, dining, living area and a large deck area off the dining/ living area. Freddy, the owner was very helpful when contacting him. He replied back right away and suggested places for us to visit and eat, also took my suggestions very well! Very good guy to deal with!

Perfect Secluded Getaway - Also Perfect for Fly Fishing!

Place was great! We had 6 people and we had plenty of room to spare. Right off the back you can see a gorgeous river. If you are into Fly Fishing their are greats spots all around the area where the cabin is located. Check in process was super smooth and any question I had Freddy was there to help us out immediately! 10/10 would definitely recommend and are already planning another trip next year! Thank you!
