Ash Park House is an easy walk from the Stevenson Waterfront and Walking Man Brewery!

Ash Park House offers a large kitchen for cooking meals and the park-like outdoor space allows for a planned gathering such a cozy wedding, family reunion or business retreat. Six decks envelop the house, and a generous garden patio is perfect for outdoor dining. Towering Douglas fir trees provide a canopy of shade and privacy around the home site, and the verdant gardens offer a peaceful location for appreciating nature.

The master bedroom has a king bed with its own full bathroom.
The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed with its own full bathroom.
On the second floor is a large open room with two queen beds and a queen pull out couch. There is full bathroom on the second floor.
The living room also has a queen pull out couch.

Three flat screen TVs with Roku, Netflix, & Hulu provide relaxing entertainment. Reliable Wifi and high-speed internet make staying connected easy.

Babies and children are welcome with a Pack-n-Play, Toddler Bed, and age-appropriate toys and games.

Weddings? Yes! Ash Park House can accommodate outdoor wedding parties of up to 30 guests.

Perfect setting for Corporate Retreats and Workshops. Groups will find plenty of space for meetings, with a spaciouos outdoor covered area with tables and chairs. Outdoor grill and large griddle enable the perfect BBQ.

Stevenson is perfectly situated to enjoy many nature-oriented activities including hiking in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Dog Mountain, and Beacon Rock. Visitors can engage in kiteboarding, windurfing, sea kayaking and sailing on the Columbia River; mountain biking at Falls Creek; fishing for Spring and Fall Chinook Salmon or winter Steelhead; wine and micro-brew tasting; and simply winding down after a great day.

Delightful stay in Stevenson, Washington

The house worked perfectly for our family. The yard was beautiful---exquisite hydrangeas in a variety of colors, deer crossings, lovely river view--quiet and relaxing. The proximity to cafes was especially nice since it was easier than loading and unloading everyone, particularly the small children. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay.

This house is really nice. Cozy and comfortable. There were deer, including a young fawn going through the yard each day. Very convenient location to town. The house stayed comfortably cool even with the hot temperatures outside. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great Christmas get away

My family had a great Christmas holiday at this beautiful spot. Even with snowy, cold conditions we were warm and cozy - with a beautiful view outside. The house is nicely appointed and has everything you could need/want to make your stay comfortable. Brian is a fantastic host - went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Our experience here was wonderful. The property was as listed...the outdoor space was beautiful and had multiple decks with chairs. Although we did not use it, the outdoor grill area with seating was great. The property manager was also accommodating and helpful.
