Common Lobby with Private Security, Guard at Gate, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Exercise Room, Steam/Sauna, Hot Tubs, Tennis/Racquet Ball. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches, state park trails, etc. Updated kitchen with cabinetry, granite and tile backsplash. There is an awesome "children's" water area. Sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED. There is a $140 cleaning fee payable in advance.
