Newer to this platform, Airbnb superhost, see reviews there. Grand Seashore Victorian registered on the towns Historic Homes list. Second house from the beach, one of the best vacation locations in town. 6 bedrooms , 2.5 baths, outdoor shower, and heated Inground Salt water Pool! Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, very large wrap around covered porch. Just close enough to enjoy Jenkinson's amusement pier, weekly fireworks in the summer, family events and restaurants..

House Manual:
- no diving in the pool, it;s only 6 feet at the deepest so hurt you will get. Watch kids at all times, no running , NO GLASS BY POOL have plastic cups in the cupboard! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Please do not leave pool toys/water guns/plastic blowups or stuffed animals etc.. there will be a $25 charge for us to dispose of them.
-Parking for up to five cars in driveway. Shared driveway, park only on our side. Be considerate of the neighbors.
-Strictly: no smoking inside or on porch or deck, if smoking in yard pickup your butts and dispose of.
-Only toilet paper in toilets, no tampons or wipes people, please comply unless you want to call roter rooter to fix the logical clog in the old waste pipes.:(
-Garbage out Sunday and Wed night for early morning pickup Monday am and Thurs am. recycling out Tuesday night loose in garbage cans(located by fence door) for Wednesday am pickup. Critical .. if you are staying at the house, take out the trash! :) Additional charge of $50 for non compliance.
- No pets - no subletting
- TV : use “all on” button to turn on cable and tv
- When you leave please shut off all lights, ac units on 73 degress and fans off plus make sure windows and doors are locked. Unplug coffee maker etc and load and run dishwasher if you have dirty dishes on checkout day.
TAKE ALL OF YOUR GARBAGE OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
- If you move the furniture, inside or out, put it back where you found it before you leave.
- Bring paper products,garbage bags, etc. We start you out but please bring to ensure you have enough for your stay.
- Bring your own sheets and towels. Sheets and towels provided for extra charge , please inquire.
Pool is cleaned on Friday in preparation for July and August weekly, Saturday to Saturday rentals. If you are staying for shorter stays May, June ad September when the pool is open we would be happy to coordinate extra cleaning for your arrival for $130.please let us know at least two weeks before your check in date.

A True Gem!

This home is spectacular! My group and I had such an amazing time at the house. It’s huge, beautiful decorations, and you truly cannot beat the location. A quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in and hope to come back! Highly recommend!

We had a delightful time! The house has eclectic beach decor and is very comfortable. Lots of places to sit and chat or relax inside and on the wonderful wide almost-wrap-around porch. The pool was perfect and the location couldn't be better!

Great space and location!

Location: Literally a block away from the boardwalk. Right by the mini golf. Beach access closest to the house is less crowded than the main entrance. Easy walk to the main attractions such as the amusement park and arcades. House: The owner takes cleanliness very seriously. We checked into a clean home. It was the perfect space for our 3 families (6 adults, 5 kids). The house itself is old, but don't let that deter you because the owner made lots of great updates to the house. The kids loved the wrap around porch and the pool! Would definitely visit again and can't beat the location and awesome pool!

Why they chose this property

We are drawn to vintage everything and couldn't resist this home when we saw it in disrepair. The thought of someone tearing it down, moved us into action to buy it as our second home. We are still working on improving it and are thrilled with what we have accomplished so far. This is the proverbial money pit, but we love it!

What makes this property unique

Our home is big and comfortable, it has ocean views from four of the bedrooms, it's so close that it's easy to run back to the house for a sandwich at lunch. the porch wraps around three sides and we have shade when you need it. Point Pleasant Beach is family oriented and fun!. Besides the beach and boardwalk attractions , there is amazing shopping in town! From antiques to home design and great restaurants the town has something for everyone.
