Point Unit! 3BR oceanfront escape with spectacular beach views @ St Regis Resort

Your ocean front vacation awaits you in our beautiful point unit. Sip your morning coffee on the 4th floor balcony, which overlooks the beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Your day could be well spent sitting on the beach, collecting shells, swimming in the ocean, or taking a dip in the pool. This well-furnished condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. St. Regis Resort offers activities for the entire family, including an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, basketball court, arcade, and an on-site restaurant. Our condo, along with St Regis common areas, are are PET-FREE and SMOKE-FREE.

Update Jan 2021: The INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED for repairs. They are expected to reopen later in 2021, but dates are not confirmed.

Our condo is cleaned with antibacterial products to ensure safety with the current COVID-19 concerns. Linens and towels are all washed in hot water and bleached. All surfaces are sprayed/wiped with antibacterial products.

North Topsail Beach offers peaceful beaches with restaurants and activities (golf, mini-golf, boating, fishing) close by.

We strive to provide our family and our guests with a great vacation destination. Our condo is clean and well maintained. Please contact us with any questions, and thank you for considering our condo for your vacation.

Let us know if you are interested in a long term rental between October and April.

Our Condo:
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from any room. Sit on one of the two balconies and listen to the ocean, or watch the dolphins and pelicans. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean view, private bathroom, and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an ocean view, and balcony. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, ocean view, and balcony. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a 50" SMART TV, DVD player, and Xbox360 console. The condo has a full kitchen. Free high speed wireless internet is available throughout the resort.

The condo was renovated in 2019. The entire condo was repainted. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled (new cabinets, appliances, and granite counters). All flooring is new. Furniture was replaced. We are in building 2 on the 4th floor. Building 2 (center building) also has the restaurant and bar, fitness center, sauna, and business center.

Bedroom linens and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Check-out is 11am; Check-in is 4pm. Renters should bring their own consumable products, including paper products and soaps.

Guests have access to the unit’s storage closet, including beach chairs and beach toys.

Great place for families!

We loved everything about our stay here: the spacious main room, the bunk beds in one of the guest rooms (my toddler was on cloud nine), the key pad to get in (with two young kids, not having to go to a management site to get keys is clutch), the quick access to the beach, the pool, and the playground on site! There’s also two balconies that face the ocean, and we spent a lot of time on those relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Relaxing September Week

This is a nice unit. It was clean with plenty of cookware and dishware and extra blankets. We love that it had a Keurig and regular coffee maker and made use of the beach chairs. Our only suggestion is to provide a few more hand towels. Thanks for a great time!

To say this condo is oceanfront does not do it justice. There are two separate balconies that provide unobstructed views. The interior has been updated, is well stocked, and is sparkling clean. The owner is responsive and committed to ensuring her guests have a great stay. My kids and I had a great time and we definitely will stay here again.

Nieces Wedding

Our niece got married upstairs on the 7th floor of our same building on Monday 7/8/24. We decided to make it a week long vacation with several other family members. The weather was beautiful and we planned several week long activities (golf, jet skis, beach days and shopping) The room was very nice, as advertised. However, on Wednesday the AC quit working and the room became beastly hot. We contacted the owners and they sent out a tech the same day. He thought the problem was resolved but the issue continued. After 2 days of nearly 80* temps in the room we were told the AC could not be repaired until ordered parts came in. We had to purchase box fans (3) to keep ourselves cool while sleeping. The owners seemed receptive to my concerns, but offered nothing more than an apology. If anyone has an opportunity to stay in this condo I would say do it. The decor is gorgeous and the unit was very clean and well kept. I only hope you get to enjoy a full week of comfortable space while outdoor temperatures are 90*.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was very clean and the bed are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. I forgot to bring dishwasher detergent but Food Lion is an easy drive away. The two balconies were awesome as we could avoid the sun when it was too hot and still enjoy being outside. The wifi was good enough for our children to do virtual school with no problems. When you log into the guest wifi, it states that you only have four hours for free but it never kicked us off and never asked for payment. There were plenty of chairs, surf boards, beach toys, pool noodles, etc.. in the closet outside the condo and we were pleasantly surprised that it was warm enough in October to swim. Everything was perfect. We hope to have a chance to return one day! I wish we had known more about the beach before we arrived. There were lots of interesting rocks and I wish I had a book with me to identify them. I wasn't able to find much on line but did figure out that some of the items we found were millions year old clam fossils. Our last day there, we ran into a man who had a strainer on a long handle who had found several shark's teeth. Next time we will have to bring our own!

Reunion Trip

Four adults over age 65 spent 4 nights in the condo. We were all very impressed with the condition of the condo and its location in the complex. View from the balcony was of the surf breaking just below which made the visit all the more special. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and comfortable. No negative issues were found, it was a very enjoyable stay and we all agreed that should we travel back to the area again, we would try and get the same condo.

A wonderful place

This is our second time we stayed at this condo it’s even been updated since last year it is well kept extra clean very spacious. The view is fantastic.
