HOUSING of 75M2 with 200 M2 of enclosed land, 6 PEOPLE in ESPINCHAL (1050m above sea level)

Charming little house completely renovated in 2017, ideally located for nature lovers looking for silence and space.
Authentic house in visible stones and slates.
Located between lakes and volcanoes, near the Cantal mountains and the Cézallier plateau. Altitude: 1050m.
Absolute calm, in the heart of a virgin and relaxing nature.
To tease the fario trout or the pleasure of the eyes, pretty wild stream at 300 m.
Located at the edge of the village, 1 km from shops (small grocery store, bread depot, catering, etc.).
In winter, perfect for enjoying the joys of snow: snowshoeing, sledding and cross-country skiing; very close to the alpine ski resorts of Super-Besse and Chastreix -Sancy, close to the cross-country ski resort of Picherande.
In summer, ideal for cycling (road or mountain bike), going hiking and enjoying this beautiful natural setting.
Comfortable air-conditioned rental for 6 people (2 bedrooms with a 140cm bed each + sofa bed in the living room, i.e. 6 adults maximum)
Cot, high chair and baby bath available on request, many games for children

3 adult mountain bikes available free of charge.

Un séjour dans un calme monastique

Située dans un hameau perdu, la propriété offre un confort agréable. Très bonne isolation thermique, très bien équipée et propre. Le plus réside dans la possibilité d’accueillir un animal du fait qu’elle soit entièrement clôturée. Plusieurs randonnées se trouvent à proximité dont le GR 30. Excellent accueil à la maison des fromages à Egliseneuve d’Entraigues.

L'appartement est décoré avec gout, déco contemporaine. Il est spacieux. Très bien équipé pour un agréable séjour. Tous les appareils ménagers qui facilitent la vie. Climatisation et chauffage par convecteurs électrique très appréciés en ce mois de juillet maussade, humide et froid (température mini 8° maxi 18°) Une terrasse avec pare-soleil amovible, possibilité de faire barbecue. Une cour pour garer la voiture. Une location très agréable que je recommande.
