Beautiful pool home in gated Windsor Hills, 5 mi to WDW, no rear neighbors!

A midcentury modern delight with hardwood and tile throughout, nestled against Lake Reedy with four bedrooms, four baths that accommodates 10. The gated community of Windsor Hills boasts many amenities that are automatically included in the price of your stay: water park with water slides, splash pad, double olympic heated pool, multiple playground areas and green spaces, a 52-seat movie theatre, and a convenience shop for any forgotten items or even a hot cup of coffee for mornings by the pool. There’s a tiki bar that you can order lunch from while watching the kids splash around, and an icee machine in the convenience store that the littles rave over.

Our home was purchased at the beginning of 2019, and we’ve worked so hard to make it amazing, with bespoke pieces and vintage Disney that you won’t see anywhere else, as well as functional must-haves like a Mickey waffle machine. We are personal enthusiasts of the Mouse, and we’re happy to provide a crowd calendar if you’d like that indicates which parks are the least crowded for the dates of your stay so that you can plan appropriately. We pride ourselves on planning our own trips with minimal wait times, so we’re excited to extend this benefit to our clients — it’s an especially nice bonus if you’re a planner.

You will find four bedrooms and four baths: two kings, one full, and two sets of bunks. All of our beds except for the bunks are memory foam. Our theming is classic, including Alice in Wonderland and Three Caballeros, and new classics like Aladdin. In summer of 2022, we renovated our Mickey’s bunkroom to homage to Disney’s first color short, Mickey’s Trailer.

Our kitchen is fully stainless with granite countertops, and we can arrange for a welcome basket, flowers, or celebration cakes to be delivered upon your arrival. Grocery stores are plentiful and close, and you’re also welcome to schedule grocery or Amazon delivery for your arrival day.

Our private screened pool and spa overlooks the wildlife area and has no rear neighbors. If you’re wintering with us, it can be heated for a minimal daily fee, but it’s plenty warm in the Orlando sun for most of the year.

We frequently come to our home to visit and update, but we also have an on-site manager who is available and extremely responsive to the unlikely event there are issues you might encounter - we do ask that you call, text or message us here immediately so they can be remedied. We have installed a security system that includes two outdoor cameras in use: front door (covering entry area) and patio/pool (covering part of the patio and entry to the pool area.
