About this property

Sunny apartment, 60 square meters, located directly on the beach of Lido Adriano.
This apartment is located in a well-kept apartment complex on the second floor with a lift.
There is a large balcony all around and it always offers what you wish for .... sun, shade etc.
You have a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea from all windows.
The house is modern, fully equipped and offers sleeping places for 6 to 7 people.
The sitting room is equipped with a large sofa (fold-out bed of 1.60 by 2 meters) and an LCD TV. through the patio doors you enter the balcony where you can enjoy your meal outside, or have a drink with an unobstructed view of the sea and where the children can walk around wonderfully. .
The kitchen is modernly furnished (4-burner induction plate, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, combi microwave and storage cupboards).
A coffee maker and toaster are also available.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2 meters) and fitted wardrobes.
There is also a children's room with a bunk bed and spacious cupboards.
The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a sink with a large mirror and base units.
A 6 kg. washing machine. is there at your disposal.
Sheets and towels for 6 people are available.
There is heating.
If you want to have wifi, you can buy a chip at the store for around € 20 with 5 gigabytes, there is an available receiver for that.
The beach bar "Bagno Sabbia d 'Oro" located just below the house on the beach has an excellent kitchen and there is also a parasol with 2 sun beds for free.
The sea is long shallow, therefore excellent for young children.
All in all you can have a quiet, comfortable family holiday here
All shops, restaurants and the center can be reached on foot.
The bus stop is nearby and from there you can go to the beautiful city of Ravenna without your car.
There is parking space downstairs for the car.
If you want to come by plane, there is Bologna airport about 80 km away.
From there you can take a shuttle several times a day, or possibly rent a car.
The rent goes from Saturday to Saturday.

Ein toller Sommerurlaub

Das Apartment ist wunderschön gelegen, quasi direkt am Meer. Ein sensationeller toller Ausblick und ein schönes Apartment. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus...von den Nachbarn haben wir fast nichts mitbekommen.

Wohnung direkt am Strand

Schöne Wohnung, groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man schläft direkt am Strand, die "Straße" dazwischen ist ein Weg. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, genau wie der Kühlschrank. Mary ist sehr nett und hat uns zum Empfang begrüßt. Wir wollten einen Tag früher zurück, das war auch problemlos möglich. Die Bagnos am Strand sind toll, wir haben in zweien gegessen, das war auch sehr gut. Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand, wir haben die Kids sogar alleine gin gelassen, hatten sie im BLick, wenn sie an einer bestimmten Stelle schwimmen waren. Jedoch hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt bis zu 37 Grad und da stößt die Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage an ihre Grenzen. Man kann zwar schön lüften, aber wenn es nachts 26 Grad draußen sind, bleibt es bei 28,29 Grad in der Wohnung... Aber das kommt ja nicht so oft vor.

strand en cultuur

Het appartement is precies zoals de foto`s en de beschrijving laten zien. Op loopafstand is alles aanwezig: het strand en de zee direkt voor de deur, restaurants en afhaalrestaurants, supermarkten en op slechts 100 meter de bus naar Ravenna in 30-minuten-takt. Natuurlijk was deze stad van de mozaieken ons hoofddoel, we hebben in de omgeving veel gewandeld en vooral Comacchio met zijn Museum Delta Antico heeft ons verrast! Mary Rose was heel attent en coulant bij onze aankomst.

Wer den großen Trubel nicht mag,ist hier gut aufgehoben.Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Strandurlaub.Überschaubarer Ort mit Kurbähnle und Ritschkafahrädern.Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Strandleben.
