Charming apartment, heart of resort, 4/6 people

On the 6th floor of the residence Les Fontaines Blanches and facing the Aquariaz swimming pool, the apartment is ideally located with a southern exposure and stunning views of the mountains and the resort.
Renovated in May 2017, very bright, this 2 rooms of 32m ² is close to all shops, restaurants, daycare and the Children's Village.

A little extra: the show evenings of the resort center are visible from the balcony!
You will have:
- a living room with convertible corner sofa (140cm bed), TV, free Wifi, retro radio with USB connection and Bluetooth connection, and an electric fireplace (guaranteed effect!)
- an integrated kitchen with domino induction, combined oven revolving heat / MO, LV, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker + 1 Senseo, raclette pierrade, fondue and electric barbecue for sunny days!
- A bathroom with a large shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer and straightener.
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with 140cm bed, storage cabinet with TV.
- a sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds with their individual plug and reading lamp, a storage box under the low bed and curtains for more privacy.
A ski locker is at your disposal on the ground floor of the residence.

Tip top!

The apartment is one of our best stays! Very cozy, furnished of everything you might need, you just have to look around as spaces are super efficiently organized. You can feel it is an apartment the owners care for, and even if small it is very well laid out and very comfortable to stay in. I would for sure recommend it, and I would definitely go back without hesitation. The location is great, just in the center of Avoriaz. Touristic office, ski pass place, carrefour all literally few steps away. We just loved this vacation!!

Super appartement pour vacances de ski en famille

L'appartement est petit mais moderne et dispose de nombreux rangements très pratiques. Le casier à skis est trop petit pour 5 skis, nous avons donc choisi de les ranger à la maison et c'est très pratique. Skis aux pieds pour sortir et rentrer. Très proche de tous les autres services de la station. Excellente situation et conditions. Communication super facile.

En absoluto se corresponde a un partamente para 6 personas , ni siquiera para 4 y aceptable para dos , todo muy pequeño, lo único aceptable de tamaño , la ducha . La recepción y la salida mala atención.

Très bel appartement

Absolument rien à redire sur ce joli appartement. Contrairement à certaines autres locations uniquement destinées au rendement locatif, celui-ci est vraiment charmant, suréquipé, très cosy. Et Fabienne, la propriétaire, est très gentille. Une adresse tout à fait recommandable.

fijne woning , voor 2 personen genoeg ruimte. Goed apparatuur om te koken.

goede locatie met mooi uitzicht op de piste. skiën tot aan de deur. In de avond wel gehorig omdat je dichtbij centrum zit. Sleutel inleveren was niet helemaal duidelijk. Is na telefonisch contact goed gekomen.

Bel appartement rénové au coeur de la station

Joli appartement , bien rénové , fonctionnel et confortable . Tout a été bien pensé , avec des rangements suffisants . Nous étions 4 (avec 2 enfants) et l'appartement était très confortable ainsi. Le soleil était même au rdv pour profiter de la terrasse !
