Ocean Reef 604 is back on our rental program for the 2024 season!

Ohh-La-La! We are pleased to offer a contemporary mid-century modern condo decor situated on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. You'll love this 6th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beach-front condo with oversized balcony situated on the lowest floor of condos at Ocean Reef.

When you enter this beautiful beach-front condo, you'll immediately notice the upgraded flooring, full kitchen with upgrades and stainless appliances, custom lighting, colorful art pieces, and many custom appointments throughout. The living room has ample seating for everyone and includes a large wall-mounted television for your entertainment. The low 6th floor, offers beautiful views of the white sandy beach and emerald gulf waters. The adjoining oversized balcony includes custom tile flooring.

The master bedroom also adjoins the balcony and includes a private bath ensuite. The king size bed is just right. The master bath is upgraded to a walk-in shower with seat. The bathroom amenities include upgraded toilets, double vanity sinks, and water fixtures.

The guest bedroom includes comfortable queen bed, private access to the guest bathroom, and wall-mounted television.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 4 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

We had a wonderful time at PCB! The condo was perfect and a great location! We loved the decor and it was close to the elevator. The balcony was awesome and the view amazing. We can’t wait to go back!!! Runaway Island is a very short walk and great food!

Great stay in a clean, modern unit right on the beach

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We had some issues but they were all resolved by the customer service team at Greta's and the parking garage attendant. When we didn't receive a code, the customer service team was available on a Sunday to give us a code. When we found someone had parked in our spot, the garage attendant promised us he would figure things out and get our spot back, which he had after we got dinner. Also, the TV in the bedroom essentially burned out and they replaced the TV during our stay. When the garage attendant told us Greta's was the best, he wasn't wrong. As for the unit, we enjoyed that it was different than most of the other units in PCB. We loved the modern look and the artwork. The balcony is huge, about double the size of our previous VRBO rental in PCB. And, of course, you can't beat the gulf views. The pool area is nice and there's an indoor pool for rainy days. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Greta's was able to help us with any issues we had promptly and with courtesy. I should also mention that being on the lowest floor is a big advantage. With this unit's parking spot on the 4th floor, you only have to walk down two flights of stairs to get to your car, and it's usually easy to take the elevator up if you have tired legs. Nobody wants to have to wait for the elevator to get to the beach. 10/10

Amazing condo

This condo was perfect. There are assigned parking spots so that helps with the parking issue and the parking lots are on the lower levels so no need to use a sky bridge. The condo itself was upgraded nicely. We loved our stay

Great beach front condo

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The condo and property were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and slept great. Beautiful ocean front view. Pool and hot tub were nice. The location was good. Short walk to some great restaurants, mini golf and go carts across the street. Definitely would stay here again!

Spring break

We had a great stay with m my 8 year old daughter, husband and myself. Condo was clean and great location. We walked to dinner every evening to a new restaurant located on the beach. Ice cream and Alvins Island across the street.

Great Place in PCB

We had an excellent time at the place. The pictures truly describe the place and are accurate. Its as described. Very convenient to restaurants and bars, and not far from shopping and supermarkets. You do need a car to really be able to move around. The check in was easy following the on-line instructions and we really never had to call the manager at all during our stay since everything in the apartment was as described and pictures. We would come back again anytime we return to PCB.

Better than expected

I’ll admit that I wasn’t sure about what to expect from this property. I was pleasantly surprised! In the apartment, it was clean, shower was super nice and loved the oversized balcony. I also loved the location. It was quiet, not crowded, the elevators were super fast and having a designated parking space was awesome. I would stay here again.

It equipped with all things; enough dishes, pots, utensils, beach chairs and umbrella etc. even pumps for inflatables!! Who thought about guests like this owner? Greta and her crews are very accommodating and helpful. Folding cot was perfect for my little guy!! There was parking lot construction right below the unit so it was rather noisy when we stayed. Swimming pool was adjacent to parking lot which a bit unpleasant. But it gets cleaned every day though. You can walk across to mini golf or souvenir shop, Walmart is less than 2 miles away. Overall, we loved it!

Super clean, great location

Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We loved the huge balcony! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The check in process was extremely easy thanks to the app. Located within easy walking distance of Runaway Island restaurant and several other eateries. There's a nice miniature golf course (with koi fish!) across the street. Bring your groceries with you and you won't need to get in the car if you don't want to. The only thing we didn't like is that you can park only one vehicle on site. We had to park a second vehicle down the street in the overflow lot (there's another overflow lot across Front Beach Blvd., but it's small and usually full). For us, it was inconvenient, but not bad. If you need quick access to more than one vehicle, this place might not be a good fit. Regardless, we would gladly stay at this condo again. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay

Working with Greta's Beach Rentals was amazing. The staff that we spoke with were so friendly and helpful. The condo was on the 6th floor, so it wasn't too high but high enough that the view was amazing. The condo was well equipped with everything that a family could ever need to make their stay so convenient. The master bed was a bit on the soft side for me, but I just prefer a firmer mattress. The only negative comment that I could make is that there was construction going on, so we had to deal with the noise from the maintenance crew for several days. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.
