This pristine, beachy retreat is just a few steps away from the shore, boasting spectacular views from the furnished private balcony! And with two bedrooms, an open living room, and enough space for up to six guests, this home is perfect for families and groups of friends. Guests will have access to two shared outdoor pools during their stay. Stretch out on the spacious couch to enjoy a favorite DVD movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen cable TV with lots of microwave popcorn. Head out to the private balcony to enjoy an alfresco meal prepared in the full kitchen, and don't forget to crack open a few bottles of locally crafted beer from Big Beach Brewing. After spending a whole afternoon playing in the surf, come back to rinse off the sand with the outdoor shower.

This home is centrally located in Gulf Shores and is only a mile from The Hangout for delicious food and live entertainment. In this same area, you'll find several other restaurants and plenty of shopping right on the beach. Visit the Gulf State Park Pier for fishing and people-watching, or head into the neighboring park for hiking trails, beach access, and zip lines, all less than three miles from your front door.

Easy Beach access.

This properties location provides a very easy commute to the beach and back. I liked that it also had great views of the beach. It was close to the main attractions and we had a great time here.

Cute place right off the beach. Convenient location. There are no showers/hose to rinse off the sand when you come in from the beach so keep that in mind.

Wow! Amazing! You can hear the waves from the condo! The view from the deck is so nice. The walk to the beach is so quick! We brought our 4 and 6 year old and the location made it easy for us to come and go as needed when one wanted to go to the beach and the other needed a break, etc. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. And with two full bathrooms, you won’t find another like it at this price (at least not ON the beach!) We will be back!

Property poorly taken care of

Upon arrival the following items are areas of concern: storm door falling off hinges, microwave door busted/cracked, counter tops a minimum 1/2inches away from the wall, dent in refrigerator, floor transitions strips missing, deck nails sticking up with tacks exposed around edge where deck carpet was previously removed, AC filter thick dust dirty on ceilings, and dryer vent packed full with lint. Couch out dated and dirty.

The best way to describe this experience: if all you care about is being within close walking distance to the beach, then it’s your place. If you care about cleanliness and having an updated place, then this is not for you. The bedspreads and upholstery were very dirty. My guests were worried about sleeping in the beds, and we did not sit on the couch. I took pictures and submitted to property management after check-in. The decking is wobbly and not safe. The steps are not sturdy. Peeling paint throughout the place. Parking is close and do-able, but would only recommend for a compact car. The pool and trash disposal are across a 4 lane busy highway. I’ve been staying in Gulf Shores for many years, and this was a horrible experience. I was so embarrassed to have my guests stay there, and I wish I would have paid closer attention to the previous guest comments.

Gulf getaway

Property was very clean but needs a lot of maintenance. Outside light didn’t work, outside rug was torn and could trip someone, threshold from hall to guest bedroom was missing, master shower didn’t drain well, fan in guest room didn’t have a chain to turn off or reduce speed, microwave door was broke. Also a note on the fridge said that an additional 25 charge would be applied if garbage wasn’t taken out and you have to cross a 4 lane road to do that.

Cute little place to stay with all amenities. Nice and clean when we got there and a sheet on the instructions on what to do when we check out. The tv worked and internet, our last place we couldn’t get the downstairs tv to work with internet. Would recommend staying and booking with this company

Beach location but run down, not going back

Do not take small kids here, there are nails sticking up everywhere on the 2 story deck. First impression... sitting in the vacant parking lot on the tailgate, off season, a guy comes up & asks where's our parking pass. I said we check in at 4 is it ok to sit here. He says "Well I guess it is now!" Not a soul around, seriously we were the ONLY vehicle there. Thats how our vacation started. Pros: On the beach, Market & restaurants within walking distance, Good amount of space, Courtesy detergent, soap & shampoo Cons: Run down, Paint pealing, Vanities rotten, 1 shower broken, Freezer doesn't freeze. Deck & 2 flights of stairs are dilapidated.

The only thing keeping this from one star is the proximity to the beach

I have never stayed anywhere where I had to unload the dishwasher from the prior guests. When we first arrived we noticed that the carpet on the deck is ripped to shreds. Then as we entered we noticed the sand everywhere (it’s the beach, you can’t get it all but this was excessive. Then we saw a gummy on the floor by the couch, a peanut on the floor by the kitchen table and hair on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Our door code was changed on our second day with no notice at all. And don’t plan on getting much sleep because the trash truck for the condominiums on both sides of the lani Kai come at 4:30 am with the loudest reverse alarm I’ve ever heard.

First vacation family of 6

This was a lovely little place so close to the beach. We had 4 boys with us and we loved sitting on the front porch and being able to see the ocean and people watch. The bedrooms were perfect size. Everything was clean. Thank you so much for letting us stay and experience our first vacation in 3 years
