WHERE YOU'LL BE

• Private HOA beach access: across West Beach Blvd, about a 2-minute walk. It's a 4-lane road, so most guests walk a block to the traffic light for an easy crossing.

• Pier 33 (groceries and beach supplies): less than a block

• Restaurants, coffee, and ice cream: walkable

• Bigger grocery stores: a short drive

Guest access



• Self check-in with a keypad lock. Your four-digit code arrives on check-in day.

• Enter the code, wait for the Schlage button to turn green, and turn the thumbturn left. Please lock the door each time you leave.

• Parking: One spot under the building. It's a little snug for large SUVs. The first parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass can be purchased for $30.

• You'll hear from us before you arrive, and we're a quick text away during your stay.



Other things to note



• Second floor, one flight of stairs, no elevator

• A rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking

• No third-party bookings. Whoever books must be present for the stay.

• No pets, per our HOA

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season
