Hello! As owners of this beachfront condominium, we are excited to list our beautiful vacation home for rent. It has been totally upgraded and decorated and is a lovely space. As always you are welcome to contact me with any additional questions. Unfortunately no pets are allowed on this property. Located on lovely West Beach, enjoy breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and emerald ocean from your private balcony of this 4th floor unit. Master bedroom with KING bed, and two hall bunks with a pocket door to separate them from the kitchen/living area. The grounds include a swimming pool and hot tub area located on the beach, a gazebo and two charcoal grills for grilling. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our unit includes iron and ironing board, luxury bath and bedding linens, beach chairs for your use while in our condo, and 2 cable tvs. Our building has an Elevator and luggage carts. We are a low density condominium building containing only 72 unit so plenty of room on our beach!

Wonderful stay, great view on the balcony, so relaxing to sit out on it with our morning coffee and eat breakfast , steps from the beach and it was not crowded this time of year . The unit was comfortable and stocked with anything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was outstanding in the shower! Would recommend and would stay here again!

The unit was in a convenient location with easy parking. No waiting on elevators, no overcrowded pool area, and no crowds at the beach in front of the condo. The unit was a little smaller than I was expecting but big enough for my husband & I. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 adults and one small child. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Could have been a little cleaner and needs to be updated but overall okay place to stay.

Great stay!

Spot was perfect for my family. Walk right out of the building to the beach and when the kids got tired of the beach we enjoyed the pool! There are a few good restaurants in walking distance also.

Location is perfect!

The location was perfect and the view was awesome! Condo was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Having an ice maker was great for the week and having beach chairs was a big plus for us since we flew to the shores. We highly recommended this condo and would stay here again!

I stayed here for my honeymoon and it was everything we could’ve wanted! It was a cute little place with a perfect view. It was in a good location so not too loud but not far from anything either. Definitely will stay again!

Great Condo Right on the Beach!

I was very grateful for Jennifer allowing me to bring my nieces and nephew with me to her condo. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We loved being right on the beach and eating our meals out on the balcony every day. The condo was very clean and had lots of little extra touches including beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you choose to use it. We would rent here again!

Gulf Shores Trip

The condo was nice, there was a lot of remodeling going on outside. So during the day it was loud. This was not an issue for us because we stayed on the beach during that time frame. We would definitely stay here again. It is going to be really nice once they get everything completed.

Relaxing on the Beach

Starting with the ocean front reveal pulling back the living room curtains it couldn’t have been a better spot. The king bed was awesome. The kitchen complete and nicely outfitted. The location on the beach was top notch a bit west of the Hangout T intersection. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks for a wonderful time at a very competitive price.

Beach vacation

Property is accurate as the listing. Great location right on the beach. Less than 10 minutes from plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, surf shops or entertainment venues. There's not too much within walking distance. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage, kitchen essentials. Could use a few updates (shower and dining chairs) but overall we had an excellent vacation.

Such a cute little condo very kept up with and makes you feel right at home we were so sad to leave but know we will be back. My family and I loved it the week we were there. The view from the Balcony was amazing and just what I wanted. The first day we were there we seen dolphins. There was everything you needed right there. Wonderful location and views!

We had a short stay for a last minute soccer tournament, but I wished it would have been longer. The process of booking the unit was easy and the owner communicated quickly and efficiently with me to verify a few things and answer any questions that I had prior to our trip. The check-in process was simple, we had no problems. The room was nice and accommedated our needs for the trip. The view was AMAZING! It was nice being on the beach and being able to spend the small time that we had away from the soccer field and on the beach. My children enjoyed watching the tv in the evenings, right before bed. We slept soundly in the beds, which were very comfortable. Following our stay, the owner phoned us to let us know that we forgot my 4 year old son's tablet and arranged a way to get it back to us. I appreciated her communication and willingness to go above and beyond. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Disappointing

From the balcony, enjoyed the view of the beach and Gulf. The condo was priced according to the age of the unit. However, the cleanliness of the unit fell far short of our expectations. The carpet was dirty, HVAC system was dirty, majority of dishes in the kitchen cabinet were dirty. The wall mirrors in the living room were not clean. Discussed with the owner during our stay about the above issues and she sided with her cleaning lady. She did offer to have the carpets cleaned during our stay but we declined due to inconvenience.

Outstanding, panoramic view of the gulf and beach. Bed was very comfortable. Our suggestion is to stop and get food to eat on the balcony. We did that a couple of evenings, and it was awesome!

We are the parents of two daughters who are now college graduates. We enjoy sports and entertainment and love the beach area. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for the past 11 years.

Why they chose this property

After staying at different spots along the Gulf Coast, we keep coming back to Seacrest along West Beach. We made the decision to purchase our own 'slice of paradise' 8 years ago and would love for you to consider our rental for your next beach vacation.

What makes this property unique

Seacrest is a low-density building along a quite coastal road. The laid back personality of this end of the beach makes relaxing easy and takes the 'stress' out of vacationing. Yet, this building is located just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment!
