We were glad to get back to Eagle Pointe and stayed for IU football weekend. Very convenient to campus, a little more space than hotel room and great area to walk in. We especially like having the clubhouse so close so didnt have to plan extra meals.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy property. Took a nice walk to a restaurant for a lovely dinner and enjoyed the beautiful scenery with numerous, baby deer grazing casually. Lots of recreational opportunities to boot!

The condo is as promised and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great alternative to an overpriced hotel room for visiting IU parents. Communication from the owner was fantastic, the unit was clean and comfy. Zero complaints. We will absolutely look to stay here again!

Lake Monroe bucket list weekend

Daughter is grad student - says it’s a must while at Indiana to rent a pontoon boat on Lake Monroe - so we did and stayed here for the weekend - place was clean and host easy to contact - left us a bottle of wine and water bottles which we greatly appreciated - it rained but we had a good weekend- check that one off the bucket list!

Loved the property. Pool and tennis court were just across the road and pretty much our private use. Deer were always surprising us during our visit. Thankful for an emergency medical kit. Had everything we needed and more. Would love to come again.

It was so nice to have room to spread out, cute decor, a comfortable bed and a relaxing environment to spend a few days in southern Indiana. Every evening we drove around the golf course taking pictures of the beautiful deer who roam the neighborhood. It would be a great area to walk but the heat and humidity were a bit high. The owners were very available by text or phone and the condo had anything you would need.

Wonderful condo!

We needed a quick getaway and this condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Cameron was so great and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice clean and cozy!

Absolute great place. Wish it wasn’t just for a weekend. Only issue was how far away it was from the IU campus, which was my fault for not checking before booking. Great owners - made us feel so welcome!

Everything we needed!

This property was clean and had everything we need for our short visit to Bloomington to visit our son at IU. The property is centrally located near campus, wineries, and Brown County state park. The location on the golf course was great, we even saw some deer on our last night. Communication with the owners was excellent!

Wonderful little getaway

We really enjoyed staying here for IU move-in weekend. The beachy theme reminded us of our little Beach town in Encinitas, CA. Owners were super easy to work with and left very detailed instructions. Our son had fun playing Nintendo and swimming in the pool. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lake Monroe Condo

We loved this condo and plan to return. We really like the things you do to let your guests know of attractions and sites in the area. Plenty of towels and pool towels and toys. Dishes coffee and snacks were a welcome touch. We will certainly stay again.

Cute condo on a golf course!

We had a fun, relaxing overnight getaway! Alexis and Cameron went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even left us a bottle of wine from Oliver Winery to help make our stay even more enjoyable! Make sure to sit on the back patio in the evening and you’ll have a few deer stop by for a visit. 😍

We really like the condo near IU campus

We were graduate 30 years from IU. This is a Bloomington reunion. Thank the owner provide the cozy place near beautiful Lake Monroe. We spend 3 days to visit IU campus, eat in Month Bears and fishing Lake Griffey. Cameron was very helpful , even we have difficulty in the midnight. We like Bloomington wine - thanks again.

Close to everything and lots to do.

Cute and cozy condo, very nicely designed. The electric must have gone out at some point before we'd arrived as all the clocks had the same wrong time. We didn't use the oven or microwave because we couldn't figure out how to reset the clocks and didn't want to bother the owner with something so trivial. Very friendly neighbors. Lots to do at the golf corse. Nice pool, pickle ball and basketball. The on site restaurant was good and the wait persons were cordial. Grocery stores, gas and shopping are close, as is the IU Bloomington campus. My grandkids enjoyed watching the deer come to the back yard to eat the apples and carrots we'd put out for them. My youngest grandson was thrilled to see an actual fawn with it's mother while we were out hiking! Everyone we met at the golf course was genuinely kind and helpful. Nice place to stay.
