This renovated luxury apartment with a private entrance is located in a nice residential neighborhood in Alexandria VA. The apartment is fully furnished with all the luxuries of home. Come and experience your home away from home. Nice place. Call me at 703-346-1633. Minimum of Three month commitment.

Private entrance, working desk/office area, fully furnished, and quiet space. All pots, pans, linens, dishes, 55" Smart TV, utilities, and internet included. All major appliances plus dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. Quiet home in an upscale neighborhood.

If you need anything, I live close by and will assist in any way possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I do not interfere but respond immediately to your needs.

Come and experience a nice corporate apartment without an "apartment building, elevator, laundry room, or crowded feeling." It is your private apartment while you are my guest. Everyone has really enjoyed the experience in my corporate apartment. I have solid references.

M ed from Ohio Univ and work in Real Estate / Property Management. This corporate apartment, while having a private entrance, is part of my 4100 sq ft home in Alexandria, VA.

Why they chose this property

After I purchased the home, I turned the basement into an in-law apartment. The times I have rented it have been exceptional. I have been lucky to have very nice, respectable renters and it has been an excellent scenario for me and the renters. Two of the renters keep in touch with me since they live local in their newly built home.

What makes this property unique

I supply everything you need. I tell people to bring only clothes, car, food, and laptop. You may need a few incidentals but otherwise here for you.
