Fall 2024: THE COMPLEX WILL BE TEARING OFF THE DECKS TO THIS BUILDING. WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY.

**PLEASE NOTE: Effective April 1, 2024 Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit.

Come visit our cozy and EXTREMELY clean 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath lakefront condo that sleeps 6. This freshly painted waterfront unit has new applicances, new tile, & living room furniture. Enjoy an evening our extra large deck grilling steaks and burgers while you enjoy the view of the cove and main channel.

The Master bedroom has private bath and King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed. Both of these bedrooms share a common bathroom in the hallway.
The unit has a large flat screen TV in the living room area as well as hi-speed internet (wifi). There is also a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to make your meals at the condo. We also provide all the bath towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and linens.

The LEDGES Complex offers two pools, Wi-fi, an awesome Sandy Beach and playground for this kids. This complex is in a very central location by boat and land. The dining, shopping and entertainment options are all close by, as well as golf, masage, and great grocery stores. If you want to rent a boat or jet ski, the rentals are very close to the complex.

So, lets make Memories at the Lake. We look forward to sharing our home with you and hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed preparing it for you!

The Ledges

We enjoyed the beautiful unit. It had a great view of the water and we had great joy watching the turtles play and sunbathe. Great location, close to things but private. The unit was pristine and relaxing. I highly recommend a visit!
