This quaint older Avalon home is located close to town, restaurants, and is a short walk to the beach; with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a back screened-in porch. The first floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bedroom #1 is located in the front of the house with a double bed. Bedroom #2 is in the back of the house with a double bed. The second floor has 4 single beds and a sitting area. This owner will also allow you to bring the family pet with his approval. There is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet and a pet security that is refundable of $100 per pet.
