This is a very nice 4 bedroom, 2- 1/2 bath house within one and a half blocks to the beach and close to town. Many upgrades over the past few years include a new kitchen, new 3-season room, deck, windows, siding, remodeled living room, gas fireplace and lighting. There is a screened-in porch and a deck in rear of house. POOL and TENNIS COURTS are shared by multiple houses. Pool is open from Memorial Day until the 3rd week in September.
