In Villers-sur-mer, on the beach and in the heart of town, rent a 100m2 apartment in a listed villa. Direct access to the beach by the dike with no road to cross or passage of cars.
On the 2nd floor without elevator with balcony on the beach, main room with open kitchen and full sea view. 3 bedrooms with a shower room per bedroom, 2 with toilet; plus an independent toilet.
Laundry room with washer-dryer. Fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017 (including bedding).
WIFI and TV / DVD. All shops on foot.
Sailing club and tennis nearby.
Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed.
Evenings / parties prohibited.
- Security deposit: 800 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returnable one week after your departure.
- Cleaning: 68 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival.
- Linen (optional): also payable on the day of your arrival

Eine wunderbar eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage - Überquerung der Fußgängerpromenade, und schon am Strand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sowie das Ein- und Auschecken waren unkompliziert und per kurzfristigem Anruf zu organisieren. Uns blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schöne geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung
Wunderschöne grosse Wohnung mit hohem technischem Ausbaustandard direkt am Meer. Sie liegt am Rand des Städtchens, weshalb man leicht sehr schöne Strandspaziergänge machen kann.
Einziger Nachteil ist, dass sie ziemlich hellhörig ist. Die Nachbarn waren aber nicht sehr laut, und ausser wenn es 14. Juli ist oder Frankreich Weltmeister wird, ist es auch von draussen ruhig, so dass wir eine tolle Woche verbracht haben.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour.
Effectivement les week-ends du 14 juillet sont festifs en France, et d'autant plus, lorsqu'une finale de coupe du monde tombe en même temps ! Dans ce cas, même le double vitrage, installé à chaque fenêtre, ne peut arrêter le bruit.
