The middle floor offers a very spacious and open floor plan with refinished original hard wood floors, a den/TV room to the right of the living room and pocket doors for privacy, dining area, renovated kitchen that steps out to the backyard deck, two nice sized bedrooms (queen, 2 single beds) and a full bath. The top floor offers 3 large bedrooms (queen, king, 1 pyramid bunk bed - single bed on top bunk & double bed on bottom bunk) and 1 hallway bath. On the ground floor level is 1 bedroom (queen size bed) with kitchenette and living area, full bath and it's own private entrance. This home is ideally located to the beach and all the amenities of downtown Avalon: Shopping, Miniature Golf, Restaurants, Night Life. A great family home for the whole family.
