FlipFlopsOn is situated beachside of the 30A NATIONAL SCENIC COASTAL BYWAY, which winds along 26 miles of idyllic coastline; connecting 4 state beach parks, 16 dune lakes, national forests, & 16 charming towns (40% of this sanctuary is in protected parks & preserves).

Inlet is the eastern-most 30A hamlet. Its 13 miles of sugar white sand are nestled amongst a protected 283-acre State Beach Park, the rare dune lake Powell, 30A’s largest Regional Beach Park, & the Gulf’s emerald waters.

Inlet has numerous beach options too, with 4 public beach accesses within 1 block (7 in all). Philips beach access, the closest, has a flat entry with no steps to climb. Additionally, the county’s largest public regional beach park is 1/2 a block west & has lifeguards, bathrooms, & 3 public beach accesses.

In addition to Inlet’s active lifestyle AND restaurant scene, neighboring Rosemary & Alys beaches are a short stroll west where you can enjoy alfresco dining, boutiques, galleries, & weekly events (12 min. bike ride).
