Winston at Rosemary Flat is cozy space located on the first floor Carriage House. Located in Inlet Beach and bordering Rosemary Beach you are right on 30A in the perfect location with just a 5min walk to the beach, a 2 min walk to the heart of Rosemary and a day-long bike ride along 30A. Rosemary Beach offers great shops, open-air markets, and plenty to do. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, a restful week, or a long winter haven, Winston at Rosemary Flat is a perfect getaway for you.
Winston at Rosemary Flat has great Carriage House amenities for a couple looking to take a nice vacation. With one King bed this place sleeps 2 and has a great mini-kitchen. With off-street parking for 1 car and the proximity to everything in Rosemary, you may never need to drive while on vacation. This property does not have any access to the main house including access to the private pool or top floor carriage house. Only access to the bottom floor carriage house.

*This is a Flat, similar to studio-style vacationing. It does not have a washer/dryer or regular sized refrigerator (has a beverage refrigerator)
There is a Main House(vrbo#1917699) located behind the Flat and a Carriage House(vrbo#1917698) that is directly Above the Flat. If you wish to reserve this along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, you must rent all separately.
If you do not wish to reserve the Main House & Flat along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Pictures are deceiving

Clean and updated, quaint but extremely small. I take responsibility for ignoring square footage and relying on photos. The angle pictures were taken are very deceiving. Bathroom is size of a cruise ship(maybe)bathroom. No place to put anything. There is NO living room area as advertised and definitely not wheelchair accessible. If you like laying in bed to watch TV, no chairs this place will be great for you. Beverage refrigerator so no ice. Just don't be fooled. Rosemary/Inlet Beach is a great place to visit.

This 1-bedroom studio is the absolute best! Once you arrive everything you need is within walking distance. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job as a host. I would highly recommend!

We had rented a carriage house a few doors down that was NOT as depicted online so we decided to relocate at the last minute. This place was a comfy, cute oasis and even closer to the beach access than the other: bonus!

Vacation

Shower was only warm not hot and leaked out water every time is use cause entire floor to be wet. Internet connection was lost two days of our trip which was a disappointment because we could not watch any movies. They finally brought a hot spot to solve connection.
