DETAILS: This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom "Mary Rose" carriage house sleeps 2 in Rosemary Beach and is close to both the Racquet Club and beach access. Next to a private pool (the pool is for Main House guest use), you'll find a courtyard stair that leads up to a front porch. Inside is a professionally designed interior with tasteful modern decor and bold artwork. Glass double doors and large windows fill an open-concept living and dining space with natural light. Hone your brunch-making skills in a galley-style kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, or relax on a luxurious day bed and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. Nestled behind the living space is a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Wonderful carriage house

We had a wonderful time at Rosemary beach. This home was nicely decorated, very comfortable. Communication with the owners/agency was perfect and addressed all our needs/questions immediately. Will definitely reserve here again!

Rosemary Beach…Aaahhh

Rosemary is great and this location below 30A is priceless. The managers of this cottage, 360 Blue, are trying to do a good job. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and 360 Blue made things pretty easy and were good hosts. However, it could use a little updating and some of the info on VRBO is different from the actual cottage. Also, there is a pool alarm that goes off when you open the front door that no one warns you about. It’s not a big deal, but hey, a little warning ya know?!
