Great location and home!

The house is in a great location, perfect for those that like to hang out on the beach and perfect for those that like to shop and explore. The home has two bedrooms that are ocean side (queen bedroom with private bath and queen bedroom with jack/jill bath with the twin room). The rest face the front of the home. There is a small bedroom on the top level that has just a day bed. We were excited to find a full size refrigerator on the first floor, perfect to hold all of our drinks during our stay. The pool and hot tub were really enjoyable. The home was well stocked with kitchen accessories. You can't beat how close it is to the ocean and having your own access to the beach is amazing! My only suggestion would be it would be nice to remove the old carpet and replace with hardwood. We would stay again!

Nice home that needs some fixing up. Air vents are rusted. Corner of ceiling falling in. Screens torn. Carpet needs to be replaced with wood floors or tile. Needs some TLC.

Excellent beach vacation house; plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 7 kids; great kitchen area with lots of cooking/prep room; large fridge on the 3rd level in the kitchen; great to also have a beer fridge on the 1st level; everything was in very good condition; beach was wonderfully calm for us all week; nice pool and hot tub; realty company (Elan) called on Monday to see if we needed anything, which we appreciated; thanks!

Nice house, furnished nicely and comfortable

The sand dune on the deck that you walk out on was quite high. Probably okay for younger people but, a true challenge for those over 60. I had to walk on my all-fours to get back up the dune. Probably would have enjoyed the beach more had it been easier to get back up to the house. After a visual inspection I noticed it was the highest sand dune around. Going down was fun, but, a real task coming back up. The house itself and the furnishings were quite nice! I enjoyed myself and so did my guests!

We loved this property! The rooms were great and beds comfortable. It was a bit cool in April though. We got a cold windy week but it was still nice to be on the beach for the scenery! The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the little bar area! Thank you

I LOVE THE BEACH

LOVED THIS HOUSE!!! I WILL ONLY RENT OCEANFRONT AND HAVING THE POOL WAS AN ADDED BONUS. THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH BEDROOMS FOR OUR GROUP. KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED WITH APPLIANCES. COULD HAVE USED A FEW MORE SAUCE PANS...BUT WHO GOES TO THE BEACH TO COOK? LOVED THAT MY TWO SMALL DOGS WERE WELCOMED. I WILL BE VISITING THIS HOUSE AGAIN !!!1
