(Yachats, OR) Gorgeous two-story craftsman home situated just A Stone's Throw from the mighty Pacific Ocean. Private stairs, or a short walk to public beach access leading to 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach. This is a perfect destination for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend with family and friends. With stunning ocean views out most of the windows, you'll enjoy the sights, the sounds, the fresh sea air, and the great view of magical coastal storms in the Winter.
Beautiful open-floor-plan yet has two separate living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) for privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices and oils to help you make some amazing meals with your family and friends. From the West side of the house, there are views of the Pacific from every window. Our favorite is to grab a cup of coffee and head upstairs and take in the view and hear the roar of the ocean.
This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Master upstairs - King Bed; 2nd room Main Floor - 2 full beds.
Human guests: 4
Pet Guests: One time $100 Fee per dog, Taxes May Apply. There is a 2 dog maximum for this home.
Security Deposit Hold: $300 released no later than 13 days after departure.
There will be a $30 per hour fee charged for check-outs after 11:00 a.m. Unauthorized early check ins (before 4:00 p.m.) will be charged $30 per hour.
Remote check in using the August Home App. Outdoor security camera facing east and west.

"A Stone's Throw" is the perfect house for your coastal get-away. With two stories of ocean view, the majestic Pacific is always in site. Step outside and you will hit 7 miles of pristine sandy beach. The home is set-up for entertaining. A nice open kitchen and two living areas for privacy.
What makes this property unique
We love the open floor plan and views of the Pacific from every window facing the Pacific. We love the craftsman style with modern amenities. Many hand-crafted touches that makes this home stand out in the neighborhood. We are just outside of Yachats proper, but easily accessible there and to Newport!
