It’s a main house rental not a full house
We all liked the place and the layout was great. We could hear the other tenants staying in the place below us but that was all. Really enjoyed the property and it was really close to everything we wanted to do.

House needs some upkeep
Great location, eclectic design, but needs some significant upkeep in downstairs bath (which serves two of the Bedrooms).

Do not rent here, its is trashed and no service.
As soon as we got there we knew it was a bait and switch. This is a multi unit property where you share the backyard that is trashed. We tried to get customer service but no one would answer. We ended up leaving after an hour as we feared for our safety. We are still trying to get a refund.

Bachelor party weekend
Great house in the Banker’s Hill area. Very close to the airport, Zoo, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Pier, and many other amazing attractions in San Diego area. The house and backyard and much larger and nicer than the pictures let on. Keep in mind the house shares the backyard with 2/3 other vacation rentals. It wasn’t a problem for us as our neighbors were cool and hung out with us. Yet this information is not shared in the description.
