Recently added and available in mid January. Ridge top furnished townhome with stunning views of mountains and city~ 2 bedrm 2 bath in much desired Fairfield Catalina Foothills. Close to stores, activities, arts, hiking, etc. Sunsets awesome.
Private townhome 1,935 sq ft in Fairfield development, serene, quiet neighborhood/upscale area. Located in beautiful majestic Catalina Foothills and Arizona Sonoran Desert of Tucson, Arizona. Ridge top townhome overlooking four mountain ranges~awesome western sunsets on back patio (chaise lounges, dine outside/table, etc). In addition, enjoy 4 patio areas with outdoor furniture/cushions providing areas to enjoy coffee/dining/read/relax. This desert oasis is tastefully landscaped with bougainvillea, citrus, local cacti/flora. Have resided in Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona approximately 30 years. Love the outdoors & AZ Sonoran Desert.
Why they chose this property
Have lived in this neighborhood area for 30 years and know most of the beautiful walking paths that surround it.Also know many wonderful neighbors near the townhome. It is an advantage of living here so long as I am aware of the numerous hidden gems of art/galleries, history, hiking, fauna/wildlife, cacti/flora, birding/hawks as well as the best restaurants, stores, etc. This area is beautiful in fall/winter/spring and a lovely place to be during the months of January through May. Summer does indeed have high temps and interesting monsoon (rain).
What makes this property unique
The house is unique as it is a blend of traditional/modern yet gives one the feel of living in the Southwest desert (with a few artistic touches of the Southwest region). Of most importance are comfortable beds, pillows, seating, supplies, etc which the house has. It is a home away from home and has given many winter visitor guests enjoyment in the past six (6) years . On the interior walls are interesting works of art by local artists as well as some modern art to give a balance.. The property is on a very desirable (high!) ridge top with beautiful views and privacy. It is not in a valley. In turn, one can see four (4) mountain ranges from the backyard as well the sparkling lights of the city and A Mountain (Univ of AZ).
