On the ground floor, living / dining / kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge, Nespresso and Bodum coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, blender) laundry room (washing machine, dryer, small refrigerator, cot-high chair-baby bath), garage, 2 bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet.
