Charming half-timbered villa of recent construction (2008), 200 m2 all comfort, large American kitchen under glass roof, bar, disabled access, walk-in shower on the ground floor, bath upstairs, Zodiac swimming pool of 7.4 m diameter, very fun and secure for children, large covered terrace surrounded by banana trees, games for children (swing, trapeze and slide), large flowered, wooded and fenced garden of 1750 m2.

Het verblijf was helaas niet proper, muffe geur en heel veel spinnenwebben. Messanges-Plage heeft gelukkig heel veel goed gemaakt, topplek aan de Atlantische kust!

Maison de vacances au bord de la mer et du Lac. Tres agréable à vivre en groupe et propriétaires tres sympa. Nous avons juste regretté l'accessibilité en Velo ou à pieds difficiles du fait de la départementale. Et maison un oeu humide.

Séjour entre familles très agreable

Nous étions 13 et le logement est très bien adapté. nous avons profité de l’extérieur au quotidien ainsi que des plages et autres balades environnantes. 2 petits bémols: - il faut prendre la voiture pour les moindres courses comme chercher le pain - le me age n’était pas au niveau attendu (moutons sous certains lits, poussières dans certaines chambres) Sinon séjour agreable

On a passé un agréable semaine dans les Landes à 3 familles. Le point fort de la maison est l’emplacement . Rémy est très réactif sur la communication. On a pu bien profiter de la piscine, les enfants ont adoré

Convenient house for a group

The house is convenient, very big and quite basic. The garden is nice and the children enjoyed the pool. It is very shallow though so adults cannot actually swim in it. The house is close to cycling paths in the forest leading to lakes and the beach. Unfortunately, we had to cross a very busy “route nationale” to get to the paths. Finally, the big downside was that the house is very close to this very busy route nationale and that the traffic was heavy and noisy.

Sehr schön! Nette Vermieter, tolles Haus. Straße in der Hauptsaison etwas laut, aber das tat dem schönen Urlaub keinen Abbruch.
