About this property

Modern Villa situated in a semi rural area, but within immediate vicinity of all amenities.
The property has spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms , Bedroom 1 with Kin=g Size bed ,1 en-suite with bath and shower over, and a nice terrace off the main bedroom. Bedroom 2 with King size, Bedroom 3 and 3 with two sofa beds . Bedroom 2 and 3 with sea views at far distance.
Open plan lounge/dining area with open fire in case of a chilly evening, 1 full shower room and a downstairs cloakroom. Fully fitted modern kitchen units with dishwasher , fridge and cooker/hob , microwave , coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Garage have a washing machine and a tumble drier.
There is a reasonable sized , private garden area with patio and barbecue
Excellent views to Serra dos Candieiros and to Sao Martinho do Porto bay.

Situated in a peaceful, small village with its own supermarket (selling all daily requirements and more!) and coffee shop. To the other size there is a famous shop called "Atelier do Doce" which people come from far away for the cakes. This is within walking distance. There is a large outside seating area too.
2 Minutes from the motorway - A8 and just 50 minutes to Lisbon airport.
Caldas da Rainha is just 10 minutes away and has a fruit/veg market daily. All the main shops are there, with a large Mall with Cinema.
English movies on local cinema have sub-titles (so you can still watch them if you don't speak Portuguese), based in the La vie Shopping centre
The historic town of Obidos is only15 minutes away with its impressive castle and town walls coupled with the beautiful cobbled streets, plentiful character restaurants and gift shops.
Alcobaca 15 minutes with very large monastery and also Batalha within 30 minutes.
Lisbon downtown can be found within 50 minutes away. With all things you can find in capital city.

Then the beach's!!!!!!! Sao Martinho do Porto is just 8 minutes away with a beautiful, golden, sandy beach and plenty of restaurants overlooking the bay. Followed by Salir do Porto a bit further. There is also Foz do Arelho where the lake meets the sea. Very calm waters ideally for families with lost restaurantes to eat overlooking it. Peniche (Praia Dos Supertubos) 25 minutes away and Nazare Beach/Town its only 20 minutes away too.
An ideal base for anyone seeking a lot of sight seeing to the main monuments in the area and looking to relax on the sandy beach nearby.

Séjour court mais agréable

La maison en elle même est bien agencée et vraiment très bien équipée. Petit bémol, la difficulté de trouver des dosettes pour la marque de la machine à café en place. L'accès devant le garage est assez étriqué. De jour, l'ambiance sonore est réalisée par les aboiements des nombreux chiens des maisons voisines.

Boa estadia

No geral foi uma boa estadia. Apenas alguns detalhes. Não havia toalheiros na casa de banho suite. Podia providenciar sabonetes para o lavatório pelo menos do rés do chão. Como quisemos fazer sopa tivemos que pedir a uma vizinha a varinha mágica. O lugar para estacionamento é muito apertado . As camas são muito baixas.

Villa propre et très confortable pour 4 adultes.

Nous avons passé 4 semaines très agréables au milieu de la campagne Portugaise et cependant à côté de tout. Notre hôte, Angelo, est très à l'écoute de nos diverses demandes et surtout très réactif. Il a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Merci Angelo pour vos conseils de visites et restaurants.
